Lovely guest house with free on the street parking. Right in the city centre and a few minutes walk from the beach. Had a very spacious family room for 2 nights. The breakfast options were made to order and fresh every day. If i were to return to llandudno then i would stay here for sure. Brian and Xia who own the place are so friendly and attentive. Gorgeous place.

Bright, spacious room with comfortable king size bed. Very good breakfast with quality ingredients. The fresh fruit and yoghurt was a particular hi light. Very handy for the beach and amenities of the town. Website was misleading, as it said it had a free car park, when actually it was free on street parking. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable stay, greated on arrival and shown to room. Due to short stay I wasn't able to sample breakfast which was offered. I arrived late on a Saturday evening so had to park car a few streets away but not a big ordeal.

Xia and Brian , were very friendly and welcoming , our room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent each day and the morning help was always pleasant and helpful. Lovely little guest house, tastefully decorated, and in a very convenient location, approx 5mins from the sea. On street parking close by. I had a two night stay in a very comfortable, spotlessly clean room, and great shower. Owners are very friendly and welcoming, offering excellent food and service. Very happy to return there, and would highly recommend.

What a treat! From start to finish, my stay at The Merrydale was truly special. The owners are so kind and helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The room was absolutely spotless, and I had fresh flowers to greet me. The morning breakfasts were amazing and it was especially nice to have choices! We had a lovely stay at The Merryvale. The owners were very helpful and informative regarding the area and places of interest. The accommodation was very clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a good choice of options. The guesthouse is very conveniently located for the town and the seafront. Good value for money too.

As soon as we arrived, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and genuine.The room was clean and tidy, bathroom and shower very good, bed comfortable and in addition the breakfast choices was off the scale, definitely would recommend and stay there again if were in the area.

We loved the Merrydale, friendly, pleasant & very helpful staff, nether of us wanted to get out of bed it was so comfortable! The breakfasts were really scrumptious, with plenty of variety. We had the attic room which was decorated nicely, everything was sparkling clean whilst giving a homely feeling. Thank you Brian & Xian, we will book again when we can. Dawn & Paul

Brian and Xia were very welcoming. The B&B is well looked after, with the bedroom we were in being of a good size, with a comfortable bed, an unsuite bathroom, and all the usual items you'd usually find. There was a nice added touch of nicely folded towels with a wrapped chocolate placed on top. The breakfasts are freshly made and very tasty, with other breakfast items to choose from. If we do go back to Llandudno, I can see us rebooking here.

They hosts are really lovely! The place was nice and well located. Not much noise from our room at the top. Clean and lovely comfy towels. It was particularly warm days so we felt it a bit, but a strong fan was available.

I stayed 2 nights in the Merrydale Guest house Fri-Sun, attending a Conference. Check in was quick and easy. Bed was really comfortable, plenty of space in the room. Coffee/tea, hot cocolate provided in the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Cooked breakfast was excellent, hot, and set you right up for the day

I loved staying at the merrydale. It was quiet and peaceful, very clean, comfortable bed and convenient to trains, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was so delicious. They did a special vegan gluten free meal which i still am thinking about. I highly recommend it.

Amazing stay!. Brian and Xia were perfect hosts, we came for an early birthday celebration for my girlfriend, to which Brian and Xia came in singing with a candle in the perfect breakfast, not only did we get the fry but was an amazing choice to help ourselves with fresh fruit, yoghurt, choice of cereals, tea, coffee, juice and toast. Room was beautifully presented with a very comfortable bed, and the room was lovely and warm. Will definitely be back!

A clean and comfortable B&B with a choice of breakfast options that have to be selected the night before, along with a time slot as the breakfast room is too small to accommodate all the guests dining at the same time! This B&B is within easy walking distance of Llandudno train station and the Great Orme Tramway. Plenty of children's channels on the tv.

What a treat! From start to finish, my stay at The Merrydale was truly special. The owners are so kind and helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The room was absolutely spotless, and I had fresh flowers to greet me. The morning breakfasts were amazing and it was especially nice to have choices! Thank you for the wonderful stay, and I hope to be back again!

I loved staying at the merrydale. It was quiet and peaceful, very clean, comfortable bed and convenient to trains, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was so delicious. They did a special vegan gluten free meal which i still am thinking about. I highly recommend it.

I stayed 2 nights in the Merrydale Guest house Fri-Sun, attending a Conference. Check in was quick and easy. Bed was really comfortable, plenty of space in the room. Coffee/tea, hot cocolate provided in the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Cooked breakfast was excellent, hot, and set you right up for the day

Xia and Brian , were very friendly and welcoming , our room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent each day and the morning help was always pleasant and helpful. The location is good for all that Llandudno offers , and we always found parking close by. Overall we had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning soon . Thanks Mike and Deb

As soon as we arrived, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and genuine.The room was clean and tidy, bathroom and shower very good, bed comfortable and in addition the breakfast choices was off the scale, definitely would recommend and stay there again if were in the area.

Quite near to the centre, very clean room, #9 me & daughter stayed in, room with it's own courtyard, although I didn't use the courtyard much, it's a very nice touch to the property. Great stay all in all.

Very comfortable stay, greated on arrival and shown to room. Due to short stay I wasn't able to sample breakfast which was offered. I arrived late on a Saturday evening so had to park car a few streets away but not a big ordeal.
