Very nice and big room, comfortable bed. The location is close to a commercial area and perfect for business with those companies. The breakfast is marvelous with huge variety if choices. I loved one breakfast staff who also worked in the Chinese restaurant. He went above and beyond to help me. The restaurants and rooftop bar were also nice.

The room was excellent and the hotel is quite luxurious with lots of great amenities. Riya was an excellent host and made sure everything was available at a moment’s notice. Ayush, the chef, was exceptional. His leadership skills in making sure everything was arranged for our meals for a large group during a busy time in the hotel was top notch. I have profound admiration for the extraordinary talent and leadership of Chef Ayush. He deserves a promotion and is the person who elevated the experience from excellent to outstanding.

The room was excellent and the hotel is quite luxurious with lots of great amenities. Riya was an excellent host and made sure everything was available at a moment’s notice. The property is pretty as is the reception area. However the staff are so laid back they are almost falling asleep. They are constantly together looking at mobiles instead of attending to guests.They do not understand hindi or english well. They got our food wrong twice. The bathroom smell was terrible. Bedding was not fresh, had to get someone to change at 10pm. Staff were knocking on my door at 12.10am, he came for a tip which is terrible. We checked out and were waiting to leave, asked for water as sister had temperature, got told had no water bottles which was a lie.. List goes on. No ATM for a 5* is terrible.

This property maintainance is literally going down, there is no cleanliness and see empty food plates and some kind flies in the walkway. AC is not working in my room. I complained but no one took the any kind of action. I will definitely not recommend to anyone

One of the best customer service experience in Hyderabad. However staff in restaurant can do much better. I personally appreciate Sanchari for taking care with infectious smile every time I see her. Hotel itself is very grand and can't ask for more

The service was below par. In room dining options were limited and there wasn’t an easy way to directly order food from the restaurants at the hotel. In-room dining line wasn’t always available on first dial. We had an infant and the stewards delivering food weren’t courteous in closing the door and keeping the volume low. Silverware wasn’t brought at once. Laundry bags weren’t available in the room.

The service was below par. In room dining options were limited and there wasn’t an easy way to directly order food from the restaurants at the hotel. The service was below par. In room dining options were limited and there wasn’t an easy way to directly order food from the restaurants at the hotel. In-room dining line wasn’t always available on first dial. We had an infant and the stewards delivering food weren’t courteous in closing the door and keeping the volume low. Silverware wasn’t brought at once. Laundry bags weren’t available in the room.

Very nice and big room, comfortable bed. The location is close to a commercial area and perfect for business with those companies. The breakfast is marvelous with huge variety if choices. I loved one breakfast staff who also worked in the Chinese restaurant. He went above and beyond to help me. The restaurants and rooftop bar were also nice.

The concierge service at this hotel is extremely disappointing and poorly organized. The hotel’s response was simply to waive an extra charge of around 600–700 rupees, as though the issue were about a few hundred rupees. It was not about the money; it was about the inconvenience, the wasted time, and the failure of the concierge to properly handle a very straightforward request. For a hotel charging around $450 per night and presenting itself as a five-star property, I expect a much higher level of organization, attention to detail, and service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this has been one of the worst hotel stays I have had. The service is nowhere near what I would expect from a five-star hotel. In my opinion, three stars would be a more appropriate rating.
