Location was great for heading south on the freeway and also close to where we picked up our rental car. We found a great place to eat within walking distance despite it being in the business district just outside the CBD. Great to have laundry facilities in the room. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again.

24 hours reception, but nobody threre. Had to phone them. Also our keys didn’t work and needed re issue. It could be better than that.

This was by far the dirtiest accommodation we stayed in during our whole 3-week Australia trip. The areas shared with permanent residents (lobby, pool, gym, rooftop) were quite nice, but our apt. was really dirty and definitely needed a makeover. Lint, hair and stains everywhere from sofa to walls to duvet. The kitchen full of grease. We had to ask for a new kettle and iron, as they were so dirty we could not use them. Also had to wash all the dishes. One could not even see through the glasses. No chance of using the balcony, as it was so dirty. Lots of street noise as well. The only good things were the friendly staff and the convenient location close to Perth West metro station.
