This hotel has a beautiful welcoming feel and there is always someone there to assist with any questions or needs. First time in Perth and everything was so central for getting around. Our room had everything we needed, including a washer which was very handy. Pool, bbq area and gym were great Would happily recommend this lovely place

Loved the room, had a balcony so could get washing dry. Washer dryer, small kitchen, little seating area was handy. Convenient for free bus over the road. The pool was good and the outside eating and cooking facilities were huge, with outdoor fridge and large grill/bbq

Loved the fact that even studio sized room had washing/drying/cooking facilities, and access to carpark was probably the most convenient I have had over many hotels, which was great. Pool and outdoor area was nice though slightly more heated pool wouldve been appreciated. Overall nice hotel. Just be aware that most food options will be a 10 min walk in any direction or need to drive.

Great staff, good location in a quiet area of Perth. Transportation is easy as well, the red and yellow Cat is the best way to get around and saves walking to the station. Note though your room is not tended to on a weekend so this can be a little painful, especially topping up of towels and amenities. Staff are helpful though and will happily drop them off on request. The kitchen was great and we made full use of it and the washer dryer. Our stay was 9days total and we enjoyed the stay.

The kitchen was useless as the cooktop can only be used when the balcony door is open (being in the winter that was impossible especially with a small child), and you will be held liable and penalised if the smoke alarm goes off as the result of cooking if you open the room door!

Had a great 3 night stay. Staff were excellent and its in a great location to get to everything we wanted. Only negative was, although we were on the third floor there was a fair bit of street noise overnight. So bring your earplugs!

The room was nice however the fridge didn’t work properly and the TV didn’t have Netflix due to having no network connection. It’s handy to have laundry facilities though and the walk into the CBD was only around 15mins.

Convenient location near the city centre, freeway and landmarks. I booked a room for 3 people and provided ages. A double bed was not enough for an adult and two teenagers, so I was forced to pay extra for a rollaway bed.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, room was serviced beautifully on a daily basis, studio apartment was much more spacious than I was expecting. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Sebel. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Pool and barbecue area excellent. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Room cleaning was good but had to ask for top up to tea bags, toilet roll. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay. Will stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great to have washing machine, dryer and kitchenette in each room. Peaceful environment. Easy access to CBD either by walking, free CAT buses, Transperth buses and trains. My family enjoyed our stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is a little cafe next door for breakfast. The free red cat bus stops opposite and stops in town, at the underground and the train station. Although it's only a short walk down Murray St into bars, shops and cafes. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was nice. There I not any dining places near the hotel. Just a coffee shop. House keeping was a bit off they skipped my room 2 times

Our neighbours were very noisy and we didn’t know what floor the pool was on so did not bother attending. There were also no mini bar options in the room.

Clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Short walk to Kings Park. No dining or food shops close by so do have to venture into the CBD to find these. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is a little cafe next door for breakfast. The free red cat bus stops opposite and stops in town, at the underground and the train station. Although it's only a short walk down Murray St into bars, shops and cafes. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the fact that even studio sized room had washing/drying/cooking facilities, and access to carpark was probably the most convenient I have had over many hotels, which was great. Pool and outdoor area was nice though slightly more heated pool wouldve been appreciated. Overall nice hotel. Just be aware that most food options will be a 10 min walk in any direction or need to drive.

A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.

Location was great for heading south on the freeway and also close to where we picked up our rental car. We found a great place to eat within walking distance despite it being in the business district just outside the CBD. Great to have laundry facilities in the room. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again.

Kitchen utilities so you could cook yourself. Coffee machine in the lobby, free apples. Red cat is just stone throw away to the city, Watertown is a block away that you definitely want to visit, and there is the yellowcat. Only thing they could improve is to offer late check out.
