The hotel has great parking and it’s a nice building but the bathroom and room smell really bad!! I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom smelled like urine and bathtub has hairs. I will not rate this to be exceptional at all. It’s just a low good. Cleanliness should be number priority

Clean property, a bit sparse on amenities -worn bath linens and no Kleenex. Check-in took a while because of understaffing - there was no one to check us in for about 5 minutes.

The place was clean, the beds were soft, pillows were good, and the staff was friendly. The parking was easy to access as well.

Pool was not open

The stay was good, hotel was very clean. Only complaint was the length of time it takes hot water in the shower and sink to get warm. And also. the pool areas was very small.

Property was in a good location, convenient and quiet. Check in was quick and the lady was very friendly. My only complaint is outdoor pool closes at 9:00. After a decently long day on road kids we’re quite disappointed when we found out it was closed.

Quick check in. Very friendly and efficient staff. Exercise equipment looks brand new. Breakfast and coffee were good excellent. Check out is 11:00.

This was truly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at (and I travel a lot!) I even asked them at checkin what cleaning supplies they use, it was that noticeable. Room air worked great; bed was comfortable.

The room was good. Only issue was the staff neglected to look in the armoire - the previous guests put their used towels in there. I don’t even blame them, really - I mean, who does that with their hotel laundry?

Breakfast bar out of fresh fruit, omelets, yogurt. "The truck hadn’t come" Room clean but had nickel sized red stains on carpet, from desk to tile in foyer. Could have been nailpolish or blood or ? Not wet but Off-putting

Clean hotel, very friendly staff, nice breakfast. My only request is you get rid of carpet in rooms. Otherwise perfect.

Once we were moved into a room without mold, our stay was fine. The room we were moved to was not as big, not as fresh and not as cool. It never really got as cool as I would have liked.

Property seemed a little unkept. Floors in the lobby needed to be mopped. There was hair on the bathroom floor and walls had stains. The bed pillows had a bad musty odor.

The definition of high quality and professional. This place is as clean as an operating room. If you value cleanliness, stay here. So many places are gross and don’t clean well, you can tell this place has extremely high standards. I appreciate that so much. I do not like being in other people’s filth. This place gets a 11/10. Please keep up the great work!!!

Spent one night here but it was very nice. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast had a wide selection and fresh food. Definitely recommended

Room was so humid the floor was wet

Walked into room to high humidity and heat. So much that everything was damp. Asked to move rooms and the new room was in the same condition. The air conditioner in the “new room” was so loud no one got any sleep. I’ll be looking elsewhere for the trip back home.

The room was barren-looking, with almost no furniture. The room was large enough, but there was only a bed, desk and. There was no upholstered chair, which made the corner (by the window) look cavernous.

AC in room was extremely loud and kept humming even after we turned it off. Terrible sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and lovely. We had a king suite. The bed was very comfortable.

The desk staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The only problem the Wi-Fi was a little weak and only one device could be on at a time.

Everything was fine except the air conditioner was like a refrigerator.

I enjoyed that the hotel was brand new and it is very close to the interstate and a lot of nice restaurants right across the street. I was disappointed there were not smart TV’s in the rooms. It’d be nicer to be able to stream your shows while out of town. The thing I enjoyed the least was having conditioner squirted directly in my eye while was showering. The bracket that holds the soap, conditioner and shampoo was basically at my eye level so when I went to pump some out, it shot out at rocket speed into my eye. I didn’t particularly care for that. They need to be lowered to more of a waist high height. I am grateful for the free breakfast but not a big fan of powdered eggs, people tend to appreciate the real thing. The cinnamon rolls were on point though.

From the moment we checked in, everyone was so kind and so helpful.

Did not like the guy at the front desk when we were checking out my wife said that he was disrespectful to her.

Super clean and friendly staff

This property was wonderful. The staff is superb. We did have some issues with the air conditioner not working in our room properly. We hung in there until 10pm and just could not deal, it was an air conditioner that felt freezing and would not turn off. The desk person who checked us in earlier was at the desk, Rocanne. She was wonderful, she said, absolutely, let's move you down the hallway check that out first. We did, it was perfect. She also said she's put a tag for the maintenance people to look at it in the morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, great shower pressure, for a nice hot or cool shower. The breakfast and set up in the morning in the main lobby was amazing. Hot omelets both vegetarian and cheese omelets, sausage both turkey sausage and pork sausages, hot biscuits and gravy, potatoes. Fresh fruit with apples individually washed and wrapped fresh bananas . Hot cinnamon roles, waffle maker, yogart, juice and the best coffee. Shine and Alexis we're responsible for the dining/food setup, kitchen and and keeping the place cleaned up and food refreshed. I am a high travel person previously for work and now retired. And I have never seen 2 ladies work so hard and with a smile, cheerfully greeting everyone. They made sure every table was wiped the minute somebody got up and sanitized. They were continually washing and mopping the floor in the service area. You do have to drive to get to a restaurant.

Rocsana at the desk is very kind, helpful employee. Her demeanor at check in is exactly what people want to experience when they show up. She is a great asset to this property.

We checked in late and young guy on night shift was very rude.

Room was excellent, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Of course, breakfast was nice. I love the variety and the fact that turkey sausages were available as a healthier choice. I will stay here upon my return to Macon in February 2026.

The front desk staff went above and beyond in their service and polite manner

Basically overnight not stay did not use any of the amenities. It was good except when checking out at 6:00 AM no one was at the desk and there was a preprinted sign to call a number if we needed any help. Because it’s preprinted I can only guess this happens often

A beautiful hotel. The only thing they need to add is a hotel sign by the road.

The property was close to the highway but nestled in the back so we didn't hear any noise from the major highway. Also pulix and a few restaurants were in a walkable distance.

Clean, friendly staff, buffet style breakfast, hot water for showers, good water pressure as well. In a quiet area, tucked away from everything else. Has a chick fil a across the street, along with other food and shopping options. Close to shopping plazas and sorts. Came here for a wedding.

Easy in and out off of I 75.

Your staff was very friendly, my stay was ver pleasant. The only thing that was a little tough, finding the entrance in the dark even with the gps. perhaps a more noticeable entry sign? Thanks for asking.

Convenient to highway and shopping. Location is safe. Rooms are clean and roomy. Check-in was so easy!

Great breakfast

This is our go to hotel when passing by. Sadly our room was excessively hot, the ac was blowing both warm and cold air. Our young daughter got food poisoning from the milk in the breakfast area. I did call the hotel to inform them of this incident.

Excellent stay. Staff was excellent. I was disappointed in the fact we were only there for one evening and the breakfast next day was very good but only had turkey sausage. Not fond of turkey sausage.

We were just passing through and needed one night to rest before getting on the road again. We checked in at 9:30pm and walked into a FREEZING cold room! The thermostat was set at 60°. I went to immediately increase the temperature and the thermostat died but the cold air kept blasting. Eventually at 10:00, the lone front desk employee brought us extra blankets and removed the cover on the AC unit so we could change the temperature directly. We had it blasting at 90° and it was blowing slightly warm air. We asked about switching rooms but we're told it was "full". It certainly didn't seem full. The parking lot was less than half occupied. At least the bed and extra blankets were comfy. The next morning we attempted to have a hot breakfast. The biscuits, sausage, and eggs ran out almost immediately (around 8am, not that late), the pancake machine was broken, and the water dispenser wasn't working. Essentially, enjoy your cereal with milk and premade pastries. I had high hopes based on the reviews and our quick stay, but left disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was great - very comfortable with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed breakfast both weekend mornings - selection was limited, but I think that was due to the attendant who wanted to keep the area as clean as possible ahead of time. Saturday she was counting down the minutes left of her shift in song, and Sunday she was praising the fact she would be off the next day. The food was good, though. Every other employee was pleasant and cheerful from check-in to check-out! We will return.
