I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for cheaper. I picked this one because they offered 24 hour shuttle service. Except it's not 24 hours. I messaged on my first leg of my trip saying my flight may be delayed and I would confirm when I got to the second stop if I'd be delayed getting to Serbia. They cancelled my shuttle! When i landed at my layover it was a good 3 hours before the shuttlw was to pick me up. I messaged saying fespite the delay i was going to beableto catch the second plane and arill arrive on time. They replied saying theu cancelled. How can you not wait for a confirmation before canceling a shuttle on the customer? I picked this place specifically for the shuttle. When I landed at the lay over and told them I would make the flight, they said they cancelled and no way to arrange another pick up. Had they waited till I reached my lay over, it would have still given them plenty time to cancel the shuttle if needed. I had to pay for a taxi and stay at a mediocre motel 6 type hotel for more than a nicer hotel would have cost me! And the shower had mold in it! I missed out on a swanky hotel with in room jacuzzi for cheaper than this hotel for no reason! Awful place do NOT stay here. There are nicer hotels for cheaper in same area

I had a hard time finding the entry since it’s mixed in inside a building. But once found, I had a nice room. The room key is required 3 times to get into the room so felt extremely safe. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t communicate through hotels.com so I got ripped off with a taxi upon my arrival. I was in room 105 and it was extremely noisy from the business below the hotel. They do have an airport shuttle that was nice!
