This experience honestly made me realize why big hotel brand names matter so much. Standards, professionalism, and guest care make all the difference. Very disappointing experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. I booked this stay for my wife and son expecting comfort, professionalism, and hospitality, but the experience was far from it. For a hotel that claims luxury standards, the customer service was extremely disappointing. A true 5-star hotel is not just about fancy rooms; it’s about how guests are treated. Sadly, this place failed badly in that aspect. Paying around ₹12,000 per night for this level of service was honestly shocking. Even small streetside hotels know how to treat guests with more respect and professionalism. Would not recommend if you expect genuine hospitality and respectful service.

Temu version of a 5-star stay. I booked this place for my wife and son, and since my daughter was staying at the hostel next to the property, she stayed with them for one night. Calling guests late at night over something that could easily be discussed politely during check-out is just poor hospitality. It felt less like customer service and more like harassment over a small issue. For a place trying to present itself as “5-star,” the professionalism, communication, and guest handling were nowhere close. Definitely more Temu luxury than actual luxury.
