This is basically a restaurant/bar with rooms upstairs. There is no formal “check-in” desk; you just belly up to the bar and check in. Room is basic. A little overpriced for such basic amenities, more like a pension than a hotel; no phone, no mini fridge, no complimentary coffee or tea or kettle in room (kettle upon asking and tea available at the bar). My particular room was very small for the size bed in it. A smaller bed would allow for at least a chair. No elevator if you have a lot of/or heavy luggage, but the staff will take bags to room (in between them serving customers at bar/restaurant. I am not saying this isn’t a nice place, it is clean and central to bus and train for day excursions. Good shopping, restaurants, bakeries, chocolate shops. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean. Daily cleaning service. Bed was comfortable. Was semi-quiet; on busy street and with the age of building, typical noises you would expect, but not unbearable. There is tv (not my thing so this was neither a positive or negative for me). Shower water pressure great! Plenty of towels. Soap/shampoo available as well as a hair dryer. If you want full hotel experience, this isn’t for you. If you want to pay hotel price for pension-level amenities, this place is for you.

Séjour agréable le bar est très bien . Seul bémol escalier raide et se garer au parking colonel . la literie est confortable . Pas de café ni thé dans la chambre ça manque quand même au vu du prix de 200,00 la nuit .

Reibungsloser Online Check-in. Der Empfang vor Ort war herzlich durch sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel und Zimmer waren modern, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück hatten wir dazu gebucht. War reichlich und lecker. Durch die Top-Lage konnten wir die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Das Auto haben wir im nahegelegenen Parkaus abgestellt, welches uns rabattiert im Zuge des Online Check-in empfohlen wurde.

De prijs/kwaliteits verhouding is ver te zoeken, een klein gedeelte van de bar wordt gebruikt als receptie, er is geen lift in het hotel, wij hadden twee personen die slecht ter been waren, het ontbijt was ok, maar voor de prijs had ik wel iets uitgebreider verwacht. Prrsoneel was ok.

Very pleasant stay, if only for one night. Short walk from train station. Staff was very helpful. Derek was particular friendly. Stored our bags in the room b4 check in. No elevator, so stairs to climb, hence they offered to bring bags up or down. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars, etc. Maastricht is beautiful and so worth the visit

This hotel is very good - centered in the middle of Maastricht and my room was just absolutely wonderful. The cleaning was good and the staff were nice. Unfortunately the first day I had to wait 50 minutes for breakfast but on the second day breakfast came right on time.

Attended an Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht. Hotel location was excellent; close to rail station and MECC . Proximity to downtown Christmas market was excellent too . Hotel food was very good . Hotel room was extremely small with no room to even open a suitcase . No coffee machine or amenities in the room

I struggled with the air conditioning and the shower, purely because I am quite hesitant with tech. Leaflets on their use would have been helpful but I know if I had asked for their help the staff would have been fantastic.

This hotel is very good - centered in the middle of Maastricht and my room was just absolutely wonderful. The cleaning was good and the staff were nice. Unfortunately the first day I had to wait 50 minutes for breakfast but on the second day breakfast came right on time.

Very pleasant stay, if only for one night. Short walk from train station. Staff was very helpful. Derek was particular friendly. Stored our bags in the room b4 check in. No elevator, so stairs to climb, hence they offered to bring bags up or down. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars, etc. Maastricht is beautiful and so worth the visit

I struggled with the air conditioning and the shower, purely because I am quite hesitant with tech. Leaflets on their use would have been helpful but I know if I had asked for their help the staff would have been fantastic.

This is basically a restaurant/bar with rooms upstairs. There is no formal “check-in” desk; you just belly up to the bar and check in. Room is basic. A little overpriced for such basic amenities, more like a pension than a hotel; no phone, no mini fridge, no complimentary coffee or tea or kettle in room (kettle upon asking and tea available at the bar). My particular room was very small for the size bed in it. A smaller bed would allow for at least a chair. No elevator if you have a lot of/or heavy luggage, but the staff will take bags to room (in between them serving customers at bar/restaurant. I am not saying this isn’t a nice place, it is clean and central to bus and train for day excursions. Good shopping, restaurants, bakeries, chocolate shops. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean. Daily cleaning service. Bed was comfortable. Was semi-quiet; on busy street and with the age of building, typical noises you would expect, but not unbearable. There is tv (not my thing so this was neither a positive or negative for me). Shower water pressure great! Plenty of towels. Soap/shampoo available as well as a hair dryer. If you want full hotel experience, this isn’t for you. If you want to pay hotel price for pension-level amenities, this place is for you.

Attended an Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht. Hotel location was excellent; close to rail station and MECC . Proximity to downtown Christmas market was excellent too . Hotel food was very good . Hotel room was extremely small with no room to even open a suitcase . No coffee machine or amenities in the room

Loved this hotel, very convenient for the train station and a short walk to the old town. We stayed here when we went to an Andre Rieu Christmas concert. Highly recommend it.

Een net hotel en ideaal vanaf het station te lopen. Goed bed wat ik belangrijk vind. Ontbijt was alleen een beetje karig. Geen buffet. En niet veel te kiezen. Volgende keer zou ik buiten de deur ontbijten.

De prijs/kwaliteits verhouding is ver te zoeken, een klein gedeelte van de bar wordt gebruikt als receptie, er is geen lift in het hotel, wij hadden twee personen die slecht ter been waren, het ontbijt was ok, maar voor de prijs had ik wel iets uitgebreider verwacht. Prrsoneel was ok.

Mooie ruime kamer en dito badkamer, smaakvol ingericht met veel licht. Ideale plek zo naast het station en op loopafstand van alles in het centrum. Prima ontbijtservice.

Hyrde en lägenhet som var väldigt stor 90m2, 3 sovrum, fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum, balkong. Låg 100 m ifrån hotellet där frukosten var. Man fick en frukostbricka med mycket på. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Läget perfekt med affärer och restauranger utanför. Bra parkeringsgarage ”De Colonel” fanns ca 5 min ifrån.

Right from the start the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My room #3 was what all hotel rooms aspire to be - large, comfortable and great bathroom with spa tub. Extremely quiet and comfortable bed as well. Nice welcome with free appetizer. Would highly recommend staying there!

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. Staff, room and restaurant were great and an amazing location next to the train station. Derek was incredibly gracious but all the staff were awesome.

Haben in Zimmer 18 unter dem Dach übernachtet. Es führt eine Steile Treppe nach oben, einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Die Nacht war ruhig, die Zimmer sind jedoch hellhörig. Für den Preis war die Ausstattung des Zimmers eher unterdurchschnittlich. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, kein Wasser und keine Aufmerksamkeiten.
