Along the shores of Lake Chautauqua, very picturesque and tranquil. Newish buildings, modern infrastructure and furniture. Staff was attentive and pleasant. The property had a lakeshore walking path, putting green, indoor/outdoor pools, weight-room, outdoor bar/grill with plenty of tables. Upscale restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Just lovely & clean property. One of the nicest I've stayed in over the last few years. Super comfortable. Coffee station on each floor featuring Starbucks coffee, was a nice touch. Lake frontage of the entire resort was a plus. I recommend this place to anyone. Nice little pool, outdoor carousel bar on harbor front, generously sized rooms. Enjoyed.

Wonderful place for couples and small families. They have both indoor and outdoor pools. Wonderful walking area by the lake, inside and outside dining with live music at dusk. Great experience and definitely will go there again.

Love this hotel but the indoor pool is not maintained as well as it should be the cement around the pool needed to be power washed was a bit slimy and after using the hot tub I ended up with a severe rash all over my legs..

Beautiful property with lots of outdoor seating, beautiful pool, and outdoor bar. The onsite restaurant was lovely with excellent service. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. I loved the old photographs throughout the building showing the area as a resort at the turn of the century.

We had a great time, but a few issues with cleanliness. The 1st day we came back to find a large puddle on the floor near the balcony door (there was a driving rain that day) and a damp towel on the sofa. Someone from housekeeping addressed the issue immediately. The next two days we realized no one was vacuuming the floors - bits of paper on the bathroom floor and rug by the sofa remained. The bathroom floor was not mopped and the countertop was not wiped down. We didn't complain about this, so no opportunity for housekeeping to correct. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The view of the lake was spectacular, the grounds lovely. All in all, we had a lovely time.

Property, Hotel.. everything was well taken care of. Only issue we gound was the shower in our room needs attention. There is mold inside the shower around where the wall meets the floor & a few small spots on wall. Thaythe only thing , every else was great.

We needed a place to stay right away and wanted comfort. The hotel is amazing! Clean, comfortable beds, very nice staff! We had A wonderful view of the lake. My only complaint is there was no microwave, we had to go to the front desk to warm our food.

Everything was fine & our stay was very enjoyable, but the rooms could benefit from complimentary, bottled water & the ability to make coffee/tea in the room rather than relying on the restaurant/bar during their business hours. If you arrive late, as we did, your only option is to drink from the bathroom faucet or pay for a bottle of water. No coffee/tea at 11pm.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at. It's just a beautiful and clean hotel. The front desk staff are always welcoming. During the day, I love having a cocktail at the Carousel Bar, overlooking Chautauqua Lake. Then at night, I can enjoy additional cocktails by the multiple fire pits.

Great stay at this extremely well kept property. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Toni the concierges was able to upgrade us to a balcony room without a fee. Rooms were very clean and they provide a turndown service, a nice touch that as been largely absent since Covid in many nicer resorts. The views and sunset from the balcony is a fantastic way to end the day here.

We had a most wonderful time at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel! It is a beautiful hotel, staffed with great people. Everyone we worked with while there, was exceptional. Upon checking in & out, we received professional & courteous assistance. The restaurant in the hotel was also exceptional. The people, the clean rooms, beautiful landscaping all around the property, the amazing sunsets, very nice restaurant with delicious food & exceptional service across the board, all made our stay comfortable, joyful & memorable. Two people who come to mind that truly stood out, are Andrea our check in Agent, very professional & welcoming and Sheila, who stopped by our room in the evenings to see if there was anything we needed. She is delightfully funny & kind. It’s a gem of a place, all around. One of our most favorite trips!! We will definitely be back ❤️

When we arrived Marilyn and BJ greeted us with smiles. That should be the norm (but we all know it’s not). They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a nice room, our check in was a breeze, and every exchange just felt like a friendly conversation. We also met a woman named (I think) Sophia that was around the hotel helping stock towels and other tasks and she always greeted us with a smile and a huge wave as if she knew us for years! I can’t say one bad thing about our stay other than I cleaned the pool myself a couple times a day, and could have asked for a staff member to do it, but it really didn’t bother me one bit to help out bc all the employees at this hotel are so kind and generous and hard working. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent property and staff. They bailed out Expedia through whom we had booked a room that was not available. Hotel informed us they had to rectify multiple Expedia screw-ups this week. Never using Expedia again.

My wife and I loved our getaway at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and our room was great. Our covered balcony overlooked the lake and we could enjoy it even in the rain. The restaurant had great food and the hotel was close to Jamestown and the Lucy Desi Museum and the Comedy Center which I highly recommend.

The hotel is top notch, well maintained and very comfortable. The on-site dining was fine, not fine dining. The hotel is by far the best in the area. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is not as pleasant. I would stay again.

The location is right on the side of the lake, which is quite beautiful and pristine. There are lots of places to walk and the room is quiet, clean and comfortable.

We came down for a little overnight getaway, just to rest, relax and got exactly what we needed. Had a couple drinks at the bar. The bartender custom made a cranberry martini for me that was fantastic! The we had a delicious dinner and a beautiful night of rest and relaxation in a comfortable and well appointed room!

What a lovely place! Very nice people, and we enjoyed our dinner very much. We had a celebration dinner with newly meeting cousins where the Manager really took care of us. We will look forward to returning!

The restaurants menu is very limited. The food is just ok but very expensive. The hotel is in a beautiful location with good amenities. The beddings are very nice and room is spacious and comfortable.

This hotel was disappointing for the cost. You are paying for location and the great view. No complimentary breakfasts. Restaurants and bars close at 9 pm and there is no real room service (only 3 snacks/sandwich on the menu). Restaurant is incredibly overpriced and the food is not good, bordering on inedible. Phone to front desk in room didn't work. No recycling bins.

This is a property that we absolutely love. It’s a hidden gem and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend staying here. We’re regulars now and the staff is extremely friendly. The lake is so pretty and the grounds very well kept.

The view and outdoor pools are great. Breakfast takes forever, ignored on Labor Day. Kitchen and Staff were overwhelmed and couldn’t take our order for breakfast at all. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to be with nice amenities and accommodations.

This hotel was outstanding. It was perfect for our girls weekend trip. It is beautiful outside sitting around the fire pits and watching the sunset. We enjoyed everything about this hotel.

This hotel was excellent!! Well maintained with two full bars, restaurant, workout room, 2 pools one indoor and one outdoor and a working jacuzzi!!! The restaurants are a bit pricey but they have great food! Teas and coffee are served each morning on each floor which was appreciated! The lake view is well worth your money. There is really nothing bad to say about this facility however we noticed a lot of yellow-jackets there so remember your Benadryl and epi pen if allergic.
