Absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The dock and sunset were breathtaking views! Access to beach was very easy. The drinks, muffins and yogurt were an unexpected bonus! Loved staying here for the weekend!

We spent 5 nights at Lilianna’s. Exceptionally quiet, nicely appointed and Lilianna was a gracious host who met us when we arrived. Upon arrival, the kitchenette was well-stocked with coffee, snacks, water and juice which was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated. The beach is a short walk away and also quiet and lovely. We did not use the enclosed pool, but it also looked beautiful. While we knew the unit was attached to the house, it did feel odd at first to be walking though the courtyard, in and out of the screen doors, past the back doors/windows of the house, back and forth to the unit. We did not know until arrival that Liliana made daily visits into the unit to empty the trash and stock up any dwindling paper supplies either. While we felt this was strange at first, she was very discrete and we never even saw her once during the visit. Overall - a great stay at a lovely place!

Hutchinson island is a wonderful area with lots to do. Good information provided on local attractions and best restaurants. The guest house had good space and lots of nice extra touches. We wish there had been cushions to sit on around the screened in pool area. The pool was unheated which is probably normal for Florida residences.

The location including access to the beach and lagoon was wonderful. The unit was private, quiet, and clean. The hosts provided very nice amenities. Our only suggestion would be to have a small table and chairs available in the living area or on the porch to make light meals more enjoyable.

Our stay was amazing- this place is an amazing place to relax and spend time- we were able to see the sunset on the dock, and sunrise on the beach, a quiet relaxing place to rest. meeting Liliana (host) was wonderful- really a great trip all around. Thank you Liliana for your hospitality and guidance for local resources- it was a short trip but a wonderful time.

Really enjoyed staying at Liliana's guesthouse. Terrific host. Comfortable, well stocked, super clean. Convenient location to Vero Beach and Downtown Fort Pierce. Surroundings are beautiful. This was weird setup with owners living on premises. We rented what appeared to be an attached Mother-In-Law Suite. You had to go through the property\'s screened in throughway and out another screen door, up uncovered cement stairs through another screen door. You walk past the owner\'s upstairs screened in area to the MIL suite. This listing pictured a pool, but it doesn\'t tell you it\'s in front of the owners glass doors, which is creepy. You can walk to the beach, but a person owns three lots in front of the development we were staying in and you would need to walk around his property and a long line of foliage to get to the actual beach. When we arrived, it was raining and cloudy over our 2-night adventure. There was a note not to lower the AC below 76 degrees. That fact was not previously mentioned or we would have went elsewhere, hence the title "hot." Had it been a typical Florida day, it would have been much worse. Not a fan of this property.

What a perfect serene location to relax and enjoy natural beauty! Everything about this stay was flawless. We were met by the most gracious host who gave us a short introduction to the property. The apartment was so clean and meticulously thought out. Loved the breakfast of blueberry muffins,yogurt, orange juice and more which was waiting for us in the kitchenette. Across the street was the most gorgeous breathtaking part of the Atlantic Ocean! Very private. Looking forward to our next stay.

The place was very clean and close to many beaches. It was also close to Vero Beach shopping and restaurants. The host was very sweet and accommodating. She did everything to make us comfortable. Very clean and comfy beds and great bathroom. A small table for eating would be a nice addition. Overall the stay was excellent…

What a delightful discovery! Not only is the home stunning, but the host Liliana is truly exceptional. The house boasts breathtaking views, is impeccably clean, and just a short stroll away from the beach. I arranged for my parents to stay here for a relaxing retreat, and they absolutely adored the charming little room. It had everything they needed for their weekend getaway. The North Hutchinson Island area is simply magnificent. My parents were impressed by the cleanliness and tranquility of the place. Even though my parents can sometimes be a bit difficult, they had no complaints about this place! I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Liliana for graciously sharing her remarkable home.

We just returned from a week's stay at Lilliana's guest rental on Hutchinson Island. It is well located and equidistant between Vero Beach & Ft. Pierce. The beach, a short 5 min. walk from the house, appeared to be one of the nicest beach areas on the Island, wide, and we saw few people. Her guest apartment is quite private, comfortable, clean, and inviting. The alcove kitchen is small, but Lilliana made sure we had adequate breakfast supplies, and with a convection oven/toaster, microwave, and refrigerator it was easy to avoid having to dine out for each meal. There are good restaurants in Ft. Pierce and Vero Beach. Don't miss Kilwins in Vero Beach. We've never gone out 3 times in a week for ice cream! Lilliana is a wonderful, welcoming, helpful, and attentive host and we have no hesitations about staying here another time. Bob & Catherine

We loved staying here! The guest house had everything we needed and is very comfortably furnished. The bed was very comfortable, something we really appreciate when we drive a distance. We visited 3 close by beaches…all beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay with the beaches nearby, a quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, very clean. The "kitchen" is pretty workable, we weren\'t too enthused about cooking much anyway, though we missed running water there. We would stay there again on future trips!

Property was nice. Needed to be updated. No tv in bedroom. Tiny kitchen owner came in every day to empty garbage,Bedroom bed needs updated pillows and mastress. Overall it was quiet convenient and the owner was super nice lady. Nice trails to walk and beach is short walk. Great place toeat is conchys joes 40minute drive on the waterfront. Driveing to keys be carefull speed traps everywhere. Dont go over or you will get pulled over. Overall I would give the house 2 and half stars. Aso know there is step srairs to climb up on the second floor.. Have a great vacation Ken

Liliana - We loved every minute of our stay. The guest house is beautiful and the perfect size for two adults. Seeing the river and lagoon was amazing. The short walk across the street to the beach was awesome. I think we were the only people on the beach for miles when we went. It was like our own little paradise. Thank you so much for everything - We will definitely be booking with you in the future:-)

You might want to tweak the description of the VRBO facilities to say that there is no kitchen as such. For a weekend stay, a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and paper crockery might be sufficient, but for any longer the absence of a sink, stove and cooking utensils would be a consideration for guests. Other than that all above ratings apply.

We just returned from a week's stay at Lilliana's guest rental on Hutchinson Island. It is well located and equidistant between Vero Beach & Ft. Pierce. The beach, a short 5 min. walk from the house, appeared to be one of the nicest beach areas on the Island, wide, and we saw few people. Her guest apartment is quite private, comfortable, clean, and inviting. The alcove kitchen is small, but Lilliana made sure we had adequate breakfast supplies, and with a convection oven/toaster, microwave, and refrigerator it was easy to avoid having to dine out for each meal. There are good restaurants in Ft. Pierce and Vero Beach. Don't miss Kilwins in Vero Beach. We've never gone out 3 times in a week for ice cream! What a perfect serene location to relax and enjoy natural beauty! Everything about this stay was flawless. We were met by the most gracious host who gave us a short introduction to the property. The apartment was so clean and meticulously thought out. Loved the breakfast of blueberry muffins,yogurt, orange juice and more which was waiting for us in the kitchenette. Across the street was the most gorgeous breathtaking part of the Atlantic Ocean! Very private. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great stay! Beach is beautiful, quiet and a short walk to the private access. Amazing sunrises on the beach, and sunsets on the Indian River Lagoon. Accommodations are perfect. What a delightful discovery! Not only is the home stunning, but the host Liliana is truly exceptional. The house boasts breathtaking views, is impeccably clean, and just a short stroll away from the beach. I arranged for my parents to stay here for a relaxing retreat, and they absolutely adored the charming little room. It had everything they needed for their weekend getaway. The North Hutchinson Island area is simply magnificent. My parents were impressed by the cleanliness and tranquility of the place. Liliana’s accommodations provided a much needed escape from cold, gray NY weather.The weather was beautiful and the rental location was just what I wanted. It was a short drive to town and an easy walk to beautiful parks and preserves.Liliana was a gracious and ready host.

Liliana - We loved every minute of our stay. The guest house is beautiful and the perfect size for two adults. Seeing the river and lagoon was amazing. The short walk across the street to the beach was awesome. I think we were the only people on the beach for miles when we went. It was like our own little paradise. Thank you so much for everything - We will definitely be booking with you in the future:-)

Absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The dock and sunset were breathtaking views! Access to beach was very easy. The drinks, muffins and yogurt were an unexpected bonus! Loved staying here for the weekend!

Lilliana's place is exactly the quiet beach retreat we were looking for, away from crowds and traffic. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood it is steps away from an uncrowded beach, and a very beautiful beach too. She provides a variety of snacks and drinks, and K-cup coffee, in the pristine, well kept guest house. We loved it here. The host and the guesthouse itself are certainly are favorites of anywhere we have stayed.

The Guest House is across the street from beach. Parking and living space is fine. The negative is that you had to climb a long stairway to reach the guest house. The Kitchenette did not have a sink. We had to rinse breakfast dishes in bathroom. The swimming pool is very small. Hostess very pleasant.

Everything was just as described. Having a private beach in Florida is a rare find and this property is just as rare. Clean, quiet, and secluded. Private parking and a very peaceful sleep each night. Stayed here while our family home is being rebuilt just up the beach. I hope to return again soon. The owners are like family.

from the moment I walk in to greet host Liliana ,she was so very pleasant and welcoming. I've been coming to vero beach for 30 plus years and the location and the beach are amazing. Very clean and quiet location but close to all local restaurants and shopping. I was in the area on business and only 4 minutes away from my client's. A must stay location and ill be back again next month. simply amazing accommodation!!
