Loved the house, really liked that when they renovated the house they kept some of the original characteristics of the house. Very nice place to stay. Parking isn't the greatest but ok.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! There was more than enough space, up to date amenities, plenty of supplies, and no unpleasant surprises! You can tell the care that has been put into this residence. We would love to stay here again!

The property has a lot of charm and is situated in a mature area. Ample space for 5+ adults. Plenty of pre stocked items like toilet paper and paper towels to last for several days. Instructions were sent promptly and were clear and easy to understand. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. A few things about the flooring, it is original wood floors I assume and it creaks a lot, if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up. While there are 2 bathrooms there is only one shower/tub and with 4 women in my party it caused a few back ups. The location was nice however you had to turn around to get out of the neighborhood and parking was a challenge. There are lots of driveways and a mini van did not fit in the "driveway". Parking on the road next to the hill didn't allow half of the car to be able to easily open their doors as they hit the yard. Its a cozy cottage. Thanks for having us.

The house smelled musky as if had mold in it. Water pressure was poor for both toilet and Shower. The upstairs bedroom looked as if was under construction. The parking was poor. Moreover, the back yard had dog poop in it with fallinglimbs . Homeowners tried to charge me an additional cleaning fee. Would not recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, from first impression to the time we left! What an adorable house, so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The three bedrooms were perfect for my elderly father, me, and my sister and her husband. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to our destination of Valley Gem sternwheeler riverboat cruise which I also highly recommend!

Neighborhood really is quiet - love Bruce, the cat across the street who could care less about the dogs (lovely neighbors by the way). You will NOT regret this rental. You WILL put it on your list to visit again.

This sweet little house is a perfect spot for a weekend trip. Very clean and nice decor. Beds were very comfy. Communication with owner was great. Lots of things to do nearby yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here.

We love staying at this place. Easy check in, clean up and check out. The location is the perfect distance from everything local in Marietta. Overall, one of the nicest places we stay at and will hopefully continue whenever we are in town.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was clean and very comfortable. Nicely remodeled. We would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, from first impression to the time we left! What an adorable house, so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The three bedrooms were perfect for my elderly father, me, and my sister and her husband. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to our destination of Valley Gem sternwheeler riverboat cruise which I also highly recommend!

Home was easy to find and in a cute neighborhood. Close to interstate & downtown. Very comfortable stay and owners have this home decorated very nicely. Felt right at home! Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The house was the perfect amount of space for a small family. It was so spacious and felt like home! Was an overall easy and great experience! So close to everything and even better with a Wendy’s down the street—great for a late night snack!

This sweet little house is a perfect spot for a weekend trip. Very clean and nice decor. Beds were very comfy. Communication with owner was great. Lots of things to do nearby yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here.

The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond. Our travel plans hit a snag, and we had to arrive on day 2. The host was very respectful of our change. We did not ask for a refund since it was our fault. The house is very neat, clean, and roomy. If you like older homes, this one is a joy. Nice touches and appointments. AC was amazing and my favorite part was the hidden antique ironing cabinet. When we returned from our event last night a friendly cat met us on the front porch. Had the weather been better I would have loved to sit under the big tree in the backyard and read.

The house was cute and laid out well. I spent a fair amount of time inside and it was comfortable and easy to spend time there. The porch was nice as was the small back yard and off street parking. It was also great to have access to the laundry facilities. Jessi was responsive and we were relaxed and peaceful.

I gave it a 4 because interior was clean but old flooring was very squeaky . Also outside needs tlc. Roof and painting not great. Living room very comfortable and beds also. Parking not good but we managed. All in all it was pretty good.
