Nous avons réservé cet hébergement pour quatre jours mais nous n’avons pas pu nous y rendre. Nous avons dès que possible appelé le propriétaire de l’hébergement pour obtenir un geste commercial, qu’il s’agisse d’un remboursement partiel ou d’un déplacement des dates mais nous n’avons obtenu aucune réponse. Après plusieurs mails envoyés et plusieurs appels, aucune réponse nous a été apportée. Je suis vraiment déçue car nous aurons pu au moins avoir un remboursement concernant les frais d emménage, d’électricité ou d’eau. Nous trouverons un autre hébergement pour notre voyage.

The room was as described studio room with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom with dining table and winter garden balcony. The space was well maintained and very comfortable. The transport links to Warsaw are right outside the door with tram, buses and walking all available. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The road outside isn’t quiet, but it’s what you would expect for the location and caused us no bother. The kitchen is well equipped to Prepare basic meals and definitely helped the budget not having to eat out every meal. There is a complimentary laundry on the 6th and 7th floors which is just amazing! The heating is weird- the government controls the heating and unless it drops below 10 degrees there’s no heating- it was 12, and cold. We asked for a heater but there were none left, which isn’t great and definitely would put me off avoiding in the spring and autumn months again. The parking on the estate is very difficult to come by, there is a parking garage with the hotel but you do have to pay. Great hotel, good value and amenities provided.
