Comfortable bed, great hosts, good breakfast, use of the kitchen and living room. On an active train root, but the hosts provided ear plugs. Wasn’t too bad. Only woke once.

Very clean and well maintained beautiful private property on the riverbank. Next to the train tracks but earplugs were provided and the loft was well insulated for the kiddos. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Right next to the mid-Yough launch point for kayaking as well. Great experience!

Location great next to the river and walking trails. Next trip would include a river trip (put in upstream and take-out right at the house). Please was very clean and kitchen had plenty of equipment and supplies for cooking.

The property is clean, well-maintained, and organized. It has a big livingroom and an open kitchen connected to the dining room. The back door leads to the back deck which is very convenient. The quality of the interior design in the house speaks how much the owners care about this property, including the furniture, wall coverings, cabinets, lighting.... My daughter and I enjoyed the space and had a great time here. The river is right next to the house which we can easily access and cast our fishing rods there. The yard is very beautiful too. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We love this place and will definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful stay here! The living room space was incredibly cozy. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, and we slept very well. Dan is a warm and friendly host, and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The kitchen facilities were excellent and fully equipped. We were able to cook two dinners there comfortably, and the self-serve breakfast was a nice touch. The location next to the river and railroad tracks. The surroundings are serene and relaxing. Would absolutely love to come back. Definitely recommend it!

Dan and Robin are very thoughtful and caring hosts. The location was very close to falling waters. The place was extremely clean and we were allowed to cook in the kitchen. The nearby town restaurants close early and you may want to take your own food for dinner. Breakfast is provided by the hosts. Only negative is the sound of trains nearby.

The property was super clean, had all the amenities that we needed and had a beautiful view! The kitchen had all the utensils pots and pans and spices that we needed. We liked the trains driving by and waved to them as they passed.

Very friendly bed & breakfast vibe in a lovely setting. Our queen-bedded room was small, but nicely arranged. The trains that go by are loud and more than a couple pass at night. Ear plugs are thoughtfully provided. The first night we had our windows open as the room was a bit warm. If you are sensitive to noise, it may be a struggle.

Cabin is lovely and hosts keep the place clean and in top shape. My only thought about a better experience would be to mention more clearly in their advertising the very loud train tracks a few yards away, and that each house has 2-3 bedrooms and a loft to rent, and that the loft comes with one of the masters.

Beautiful home and property on the river for our stay after visiting Falling Water. Warm, cozy decor and most importantly a very comfy bed and linens. Breakfast was easy to self serve, with delicious breads, yogurt, oatmeal and toppings. Highly recommend!!

The house and the room were very cosy and comfortable. The place itself, located on the bank of a beautiful river on one side and along the train tracks on the other, has a lot of character. You may miss a turn to the little gravel lane if you come in the dark, but it is a retreat, after all, hidden away from the world:) Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to meet the owners. I only had one issue. Since the place is rather isolated and I have been driving all day, I really wished I had a way to get some food. I found tea and some bread but it would've been nice to have some hot food or at least an egg.
The house and the room were very cosy and comfortable. The place itself, located on the bank of a beautiful river on one side and along the train tracks on the other, has a lot of character. Perfect place in between Falling Water and Kentuck Knob. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a weekend or week stay. The carpet on the walls were great for sound proofing as we never heard the train from inside the house even though the tracks are across the road.

We had such a wonderful stay at Dan and Robin's. The property is close to a beautiful river and in a beautiful setting. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable with more than enough space a bathroom attached. The living area can easily handle a large crowd and has all the comforts of home. Dan and Robin even had a Christmas tree set up in the living with lights and all! The hearth is wonderful, and Dan had the fireplace all set up with kindling, paper and wood. Just had to light it! Perfect for a romantic evening with my wife. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food for us. We highly recommend this property and plan to visit again. Soon, hopefully.

A last m minute booking on a drive thru in Confluence PA yielded a wonderful overnight stay. Our original booking of a room in the lodge became unavailable due to a plumbing issue. We were upgraded to the chalet which gave us more than enough room. This stay may produce a summer visit with more family members. The hosts really care about the property

Very secluded and lovely getaway, tastefully decorated and superb construction in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright. Exquisite landscaping and attention to detail! The pride of ownership is apparent and proprietor Dan is very helpful with area restaurants and history of this unique place!

Had a wonderful stay here! The living room space was incredibly cozy. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, and we slept very well. Dan is a warm and friendly host, and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The kitchen facilities were excellent and fully equipped. We were able to cook two dinners there comfortably, and the self-serve breakfast was a nice touch. The location next to the river and railroad tracks. The surroundings are serene and relaxing. Would absolutely love to come back. Definitely recommend it!

Dan and Robin are very thoughtful and caring hosts. The location was very close to falling waters. The place was extremely clean and we were allowed to cook in the kitchen. The nearby town restaurants close early and you may want to take your own food for dinner. Breakfast is provided by the hosts. Only negative is the sound of trains nearby.

A last m minute booking on a drive thru in Confluence PA yielded a wonderful overnight stay. Our original booking of a room in the lodge became unavailable due to a plumbing issue. We were upgraded to the chalet which gave us more than enough room. This stay may produce a summer visit with more family members. The hosts really care about the property

A lovely stay at Paddlers Lane Retreat. Room was cozy and had everything I needed. Close enough to food options but off the path so it was very quiet and serene. Dan was a pleasure to chat with and very helpful with recommendations. If I pass through again, I'll definitely stay here.

It was a beautiful location but somewhat isolated and we lost internet and had trouble finding paddler’s creek. There was a train track next to the property that passed all night and woke us several times. It was more of an adventure than a vacation.we did go to Falling Water which was amazing but it was a lot further from Confluence than we realized.

Location great next to the river and walking trails. Next trip would include a river trip (put in upstream and take-out right at the house). Please was very clean and kitchen had plenty of equipment and supplies for cooking.

A beautiful place to stay. You’re close to the river for kayaking, floating or fishing. For those looking for a bigger challenge, Ohiopyle park is nearby. Great hiking and biking trails. Dan was extremely helpful with tips about the area and a true delight just to chat with! Hope to make a return trip to this area. Loved every minute!

The house and the room were very cosy and comfortable. The place itself, located on the bank of a beautiful river on one side and along the train tracks on the other, has a lot of character. You may miss a turn to the little gravel lane if you come in the dark, but it is a retreat, after all, hidden away from the world:) Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to meet the owners. I only had one issue. Since the place is rather isolated and I have been driving all day, I really wished I had a way to get some food. I found tea and some bread but it would've been nice to have some hot food or at least an egg.

Comfortable bed, great hosts, good breakfast, use of the kitchen and living room. On an active train root, but the hosts provided ear plugs. Wasn’t too bad. Only woke once.

Beautiful home and property on the river for our stay after visiting Falling Water. Warm, cozy decor and most importantly a very comfy bed and linens. Breakfast was easy to self serve, with delicious breads, yogurt, oatmeal and toppings. Highly recommend!!

The property is clean, well-maintained, and organized. It has a big livingroom and an open kitchen connected to the dining room. The back door leads to the back deck which is very convenient. The quality of the interior design in the house speaks how much the owners care about this property, including the furniture, wall coverings, cabinets, lighting.... My daughter and I enjoyed the space and had a great time here. The river is right next to the house which we can easily access and cast our fishing rods there. The yard is very beautiful too. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We love this place and will definitely come back again.

This B&B is in a lovely setting. I chose it for its location near Falling Water and Kentuck Knob. The owner/host was very helpful. Room was very quiet even though a freight train passes by during the night. Great breakfast. I would hilghly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Dan and Robin's. The property is close to a beautiful river and in a beautiful setting. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable with more than enough space a bathroom attached. The living area can easily handle a large crowd and has all the comforts of home. Dan and Robin even had a Christmas tree set up in the living with lights and all! The hearth is wonderful, and Dan had the fireplace all set up with kindling, paper and wood. Just had to light it! Perfect for a romantic evening with my wife. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food for us. We highly recommend this property and plan to visit again. Soon, hopefully.

I personally found the bed too hard and the room quite claustrophobic with the temperature warmer than I like and no where to adjust the temp. The owner was very nice and hospitable.

From top to bottom, Pedlar's was excellent. Rustic rural setting along a fantastic trout stream. The house was very well maintained and furnished. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped. Our room was perfect. The bed was comfortable, we had a TV and the WiFi was fast. Our bathroom was clean and plentiful towels were furnished. Breakfast was ample. Dan was friendly and helpful. The stay could not have been better.
