Very nice apartment with charm. Checkin / checkout was quite uncomfortable - the self-service machine did not work properly for either. And the shower was not top-notch. But overall a good place to stay!

Okay building in a nice neighborhood. Easy bolt to attractions, but building was just okay. Price was great, but didn’t love having a usual check in and daily housekeeping. That is on us though, booking this site. Felt safe and secure in the building.

It was a lovely property. I would stay here again. Deposit of 100 euros should not be charged but only a hold must be applied so that when it is returned customer doesn’t lose money in conversion and transaction fees

We truly love the place. All the information for our check in was sent on time, and we could get in easily after a long trip. The place is beautiful, clean and in good location. Also we had a great communication when we request a late check out. I will recommend this place and will go back for sure.

The hotel scammed me and my friends out of money. They charged my credit card twice as well as my friend twice, despite their self check in saying ‘declined’ and calling to explain the issue. The person on the phone didn’t do anything to help me check in, nor did she look into the credit card charges I complained about. I now have to deal with calling the credit card company (and my friend) in order to get our money back for the double charges. Not to mention a few days after our stay, I see an unrecognized charge on my card from the same area where this hotel was. Absolutely NOT worth the hassle.

The property is in a great area. Easy to access public transportation. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a slight problem with our check in process, but the property manager was very responsive and made it all very easy.

Very good stay overall. The apartment was clean and spacious. I was there during the cold season and can confirm that the temperature inside was good. The area is close to a lot of restaurants and at a walking distance from the touristic part of Prague so one can rest well at the end of the day.

Very good stay. Although not right in the center of attractions, but not far and easy to travel. Many tram lines near by and quitr some restaurants in the neighborhoods within walking distance. Clean room and well equipped facilities.

Just what we wanted. Quiet location good night's sleep in comfy beds and no background noise. Bedrooms are at the back so you can't even hear the tram which is quiet anyway. We mostly walked into old town but tram stop 2mins and only 40kcr to station etc.

Lauren apartments is amazing value. Our apartment was very spacious, included a washing machine, oven, dishwasher and cleaning accessories. I was initially skeptical about renting a place not in the heart of the tourist attractions, but really, it wasn't an issue. There's a number of trams and buses nearby and a metro station is a short walk. There's also a mini mart a couple of doors away and a mall with a supermarket nearby. The team are also great and were very quick to respond to my queries. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Prague.

Very good stay. Although not right in the center of attractions, but not far and easy to travel. Many tram lines near by and quitr some restaurants in the neighborhoods within walking distance. Clean room and well equipped facilities.

Great apartment. Clean, plenty of space, easy access to public transportation and close to grocery stores. I will stay here again in the future if I have the chance to return to Prague. I will recommend this place to any person visiting Prague.

We stayed here for a week in June while in Prague for the world climbing series. We had a great stay overall, and would stay here again in future. It was a lovely, well appointed unit very true to listing and photos in a very convenient location close to many, many tram lines. There’s a small market on the block, and several grocery stores within a few minutes of walking. The only downside really is that the check in process was really fiddly - there’s an online component, then an in person iPad component - and I think if you aren’t tech savvy it would be even more difficult than we found it. Of all the places we stayed in Europe over a month, this was the hardest check in and check out process. Not the end of the world by any means, just something to note. The only other consideration worth noting is that the lift only goes to half floors so no matter what unit you’re staying in you will need to do some stairs. Wasn’t a problem for us but I did see several tourists struggling with big wheeled suitcases on the stairs to/from the lift.

The best value I've had in Prague so far. Modern apartment that's close enough to town, but not in the middle of all the tourist trap. While I do find the check-in process to be convenient (all with a machine) I can understand why it could be a bit of a hassle for some people (limited time where staff was accessible). I had no problem at all, so all was good. I would definitely stay here again.
