Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: good, But light sensors not working on drive way and rear. Guttering has been leaking/ over flow at front door area and ground was very mossy and slippery. I think all guttering needs replacing. Being a roof plumber. Let me know and I can provide a quote.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week at Hat Head, catching up with relatives, fishing and general having a wonderful time. Accommodation was good value although only two of us were using it. Outside BBQ and table setting was used on a number of occasions by extended family members who did not have these facilities at their rental accommodation. House was little dark, and missed some basic kitchen items eg manual juicer.
