This is the best inexpensive option for Perth CBD. Room was spacious with a great bed and bathroom, and felt fresh and quirky. I loved the personalised touches of the welcome drink voucher ( a joy to use in the lovely bar and pavement tables and gas heaters), the bottled water in room and reception, the handwritten note about where to drop keys, and ear plugs, as we are CBD with rubbish collection etc happening throughout the night! Found my go-to!!

Overall we had a pleasant stay in a comfortable bed. Bathroom has a pleasingly large shower with provided shampoo. Room 2 is disabled access although not sure how you would get a wheelchair up the creaky staircase! It was quiet on a wet weekday made even more so with the double glass add-on window in bedroom. Supplies of tissues, toilet paper, tea, sugar, instant coffee, milk and bottled water were provided. If management would like to improve the guest experience, I have some suggestions. Downstairs entrance has a beeping fire alarm panel due to a low battery somewhere. Upstairs corridor has a carpet tile or two sticking up and needs glueing down. Dirty bedroom window still has writing on outside of glass and putty finger marks from a prior repair or upgrade. Sliding door to bathroom closes past end stop and bottom guide broken. This makes it very tricky to slide it open again from the bathroom side. Toilet flush button loose and broken and sometimes needs another press to stop water flow. Menu and specials provided in the room for downstairs restaurant didn't match up with what was available at the time. Would stay again.

Good location convenient for public transport link to airport and around city. Comfortable though small room which is fine if your stay isn't one wanting to spend a lot of time in room. Good bar and restaruant on ground floor. Happy to stay again.

No lift and all the rooms are up at the second storey, so lugging heavy luggages up two and a half flights of stairs is unavoidable. No parking on site - we had to park at a nearby paid multi-storey carpark. Room is above a restaurant and bar, so the peace will arrive around midnight. But we love the restaurant and bar below, many meals and drinks there although we have other choices.

It’s a quaint place, with a walking distance to RAC Arena. We are pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, comfort and the atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

Das Personal war nett und die Lage gut, jedoch haben die Nachbarn von Nachmittag bis teilweise Mitternacht laute Musik mit Bass gespielt und das jeden Tag. Dadurch war keine Erholung möglich. Zudem war es nur oberflächlich sauber und teilweise sehr staubig etc.

This is the best inexpensive option for Perth CBD. Room was spacious with a great bed and bathroom, and felt fresh and quirky. I loved the personalised touches of the welcome drink voucher ( a joy to use in the lovely bar and pavement tables and gas heaters), the bottled water in room and reception, the handwritten note about where to drop keys, and ear plugs, as we are CBD with rubbish collection etc happening throughout the night! Found my go-to!!

Overall we had a pleasant stay in a comfortable bed. Bathroom has a pleasingly large shower with provided shampoo. Room 2 is disabled access although not sure how you would get a wheelchair up the creaky staircase! It was quiet on a wet weekday made even more so with the double glass add-on window in bedroom. Supplies of tissues, toilet paper, tea, sugar, instant coffee, milk and bottled water were provided. If management would like to improve the guest experience, I have some suggestions. Downstairs entrance has a beeping fire alarm panel due to a low battery somewhere. Upstairs corridor has a carpet tile or two sticking up and needs glueing down. Dirty bedroom window still has writing on outside of glass and putty finger marks from a prior repair or upgrade. Sliding door to bathroom closes past end stop and bottom guide broken. This makes it very tricky to slide it open again from the bathroom side. Toilet flush button loose and broken and sometimes needs another press to stop water flow. Menu and specials provided in the room for downstairs restaurant didn't match up with what was available at the time. Would stay again.

Central city, easy to access both in hours and late arrival. Nice discount on dinner and a drink in the bar. Expected some noise from bar below, but a bit louder than expected. Perhaps needs more retrofit double glazing. Unfortunately had workmen around the building until 3am on last night of stay.

チェックインの仕方を事前に聞かなくてはならないので少し面倒ですが、みなさん親切にしてくださり楽しい滞在でした。ビアカフェも素敵な雰囲気で美味しかったです。夜は階下の音が聞こえて少し気になる人がいるかもしれません。

The room was spacious and had a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee and bottled water. There was a fridge in a communal area with free bottled water. The staff were very helpful when the keycards stopped working. You also get 10% discount on food downstairs in the bar. Very noisy though and even with earplugs in I could hear the music. It went on til 11pm some nights - which wasn't ideal when we had early starts for day trips, and started at 7am some mornings.

Great location. Room itself was good. Room was next to stairs noisy from people going up and down who where staying there, and noisy from the moving stuff around in restaurant (kegs) Didn't hear the noise of the busy pub on Saturday night due to where room located. Would stay again if room is 1-3
