Top notch place. Felt brand new. Good pool and great gym. Restaurant attached (Ricky’s) was super handy. Breakfast was typical but done well. Only complaint was the A/C Heater units are disruptively loud. We actually had to change rooms and the second one was a little bit better. Staff were tremendous in helping, though.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the coffee station being available throughout the day and night—such a nice touch! The pool area was quiet and relaxing, although the jets in the hot tub didn’t seem to be working during our visit. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A special mention to the breakfast staff—they were fantastic! Always friendly and attentive, and they kept the breakfast area fully stocked and spotless. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room would have been perfect if the shower was clean. Bed was soft, room was very functional and attractive, and everything in the suite was well stocked. Loved the view. The hotel would have been perfect if a phantom sewage smell wasnt present every night from 10pm until dawn. The staff was polite and attentive, amd parking was ample. The location was conveniently off the highway but the prices in town were pretty inflated. For us, the proximity to sites and attractions was great. We would not only recommend this hotel, we will definitley stay again if in the area.

The place was nice and clean but we booked it for the swimming pool which when we reached was not working. The charges we paid included the use of a pool which wasn’t working. So the purpose of buying such an expensive place was defeated.

No complaints. Check in quick easy, front desk young lady friendly polite proficient. Was really impressed with cleanliness of our room. Even the hallways, lobby area. Our 2nd floor was nice and quiet. Enjoyed our one night stay. Will seek out Best Western Plus stays on future travels.

Spacious suite. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the full kitchenette was perfect for our ski trip. The hot tub was a plus and the breakfast was suitable for our family, with lots of choices. The specialty coffee available all day was a bonus! Will definitely stay here again

My room was very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioner had a horrible perfume smell though. Not sure why they need to add an aur freshener scent to it. Thankfully a small window opens up! The pool area was ok but nothing that great. It could be fixed up and better lit. Breakfast is was what you would expect as a free add on.

Best Western Plus is always my go to anywhere I go. The BWP at Hinton is the best so far. The staff are very accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. I always prefer the two queen with kitchen.

As soon as we got there, the staff member that helped us was very unfriendly and seemed like he didn’t want to help us. When we got to the room, the room was nice, but there was a smell of sewer coming from the bathroom drain. We phoned the front desk and the same guy answered the phone. After telling him the problem he mumbled “What the ____” He put us in a new room begrudgingly. I’d stay there again if I didn’t have to deal with him.

Nice hotel! We stayed at your hotel for two nights and had booked a good room. However, when we returned to our room on the second day, we found that it had not been made up, even though we had informed one of the staff members in the morning before leaving. We were quite disappointed by this oversight, as we expected the room to be cleaned and refreshed during our absence. We hope you will take note of this and ensure better communication and service in the future. Thanks Thank you.

We added a night onto our trip and called them to advise them. When we checked in, we also discussed the extra day. The last morning we chatted with them again about the added last day and was assured that everything was in order. Later that night they assigned that room to another guest, so while we laid in bed another guest came in.

Overall it was great. Only complaint was every time I went to the front desk no one was around. 1 time I even called and said I was standing at the front desk. Then they came out from the back Best breakfast options I have had in along time. Would definitely stay again

Property was pretty nice and clean. We liked our room with full kitchen and very spacey 2 Queen room compared with other hotels. I wish location was a little bit closer to Jasper.

Check in was effecient, rooms were clean. You are not within walking distance of any restaurants or stores so will need to drive for food options outside the Ricki's Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast and oatmeal. Gym was limited but at least not busy and one cables machine although air conditioning did not work as it's by the pool so quite warm and no way to turn off the hotel radio in that room. Expensive for what it was but appreciate it's due to location

Our stay was good, it was a great place to be as a family. It's not in the main part of Hinton so you have to drive to get to the other areas with walking trails and parks. Unfortunately breakfast was super busy and a lot of time was spent waiting for items to be refilled, but if you get there right when it opens it's good! Overall though we would stay here again if we were in the area.

Stayed one night for our trip in the mountains. About an hour from town of Jasper. Nice small town as well with all the services priced normally compared to Jasper. Nice amd clean hotel!

Spacious suite. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the full kitchenette was perfect for our ski trip. The hot tub was a plus and the breakfast was suitable for our family, with lots of choices. The specialty coffee available all day was a bonus! Will definitely stay here again

Good stopover between jasper and Edmonton. Accommodation was very good. The only problem was lack of seating for breakfast. We ate on our laps in the only two chairs in the lobby.

Property is very clean and looks brand new. Breakfast not the best but pretty standard for continental breakfast…enough to start your day. Love the free specialty coffee in the lobby 24/7. Staff are friendly. Easy check in process.

Perfect for a one night stop. Pool area was a bit small, but good enough for the kids. Breakfast area wasn't a great layout with a packed hotel. It was a little hard to find a spot. If you go early, it wouldn't be an issue.

Front desk guy was very surly & unfriendly & slow! We believed we were overcharged, so I will definitely call Hotels.com when we get back home. We stay at many Best Western. This one was a disappointment.

Let’s start with the most important, the bed, super comfy. Great pillows. The room is spacious and has plenty of drawers & closet space. They provide shampoo and conditioner which is great if you don’t have curly long hair. Quiet room. Clean. I was disappointed about the shower, the water pressure was none existent. Barely any water came out of the shower head. We also had a minor issue with the tv in the room. Was not turning on so while we weren’t in the room they came to fix it. There’s plenty of parking on the property. The breakfast, which is included in the price was good. Buffet. Eggs, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, breads, oatmeal, fruit, etc. we were there for only 2 nights. This hotel was about 20 minutes north of Jasper town, in Hinton. Very small town with some so so restaurants. In conclusion every time I have stayed in this chain of hotels I have had a good stay.
