If you’re thinking about coming to the Hongdae area to venture, shop and just be outside most of the day this isn’t a bad choice. It’s difficult to communicate to the people running the guest house as they don’t respond right away. There was a time where I had to hurry back to the guest house and they had changed the pass code( as they do every Monday) but I wasn’t informed about it and I had 2 more days left in my stay. I only got the notification hours later for the new password. I’ve bumped into other occupants that were stuck outside for an unknown amount of time because they too didn’t receive check-in information on time. Check-in and out process was by yourself, you really just come and go when it’s your time and don’t notify anyone. Space was quite cramped, it can get loud at night since night clubs are right outside but are only a problem on Friday and Saturday nights. It’s not luxurious and it really is just a place to sleep. So if you’re looking for something very comfortable with many amenities and services dont come here. If you just need a place to stay while you explore Seoul and you can live without the bells, whistles and space then this isn’t a bad choice. There is also 3 full flights of stairs before you get to the front door so be warned.

Läget är bra för att komma nära staden och främst de mer ungdomliga distrikten. Däremot så hade vi högre förväntningar, både baserat på priset samt tidigare omdömen. Sängen var väldigt obekväm, rummen var väldigt slitna och toaletterna inte särskilt rena.

這裏無電梯，對負重的行李，要提上2，3層樓，真是費力。

A few things to point out. We thought we had booked an en-suite with our private room. It was a shower- no toilet, still had to use the communal toilet. The accommodation only had hand towels, no full body towels- I appreciate this is a cultural thing but there was no option given to guests. Yes the streets around the building are noisy- didn’t bother us as much as we were up really early and gone for 15 hours most days and would pass out after the day. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bag up a few flights. Room was very small. We didn’t meet any staff members while we were there- a bit odd? Our communication was through what’s app. The booking has guest house- I thought it was like a bed and breakfast but in actual fact it’s a hostel.

Breakfast is too simple, the twin room needs share the bathroom and toilet. The number of toilets won’t be enough to serve the guests when they are full house.

It was clean, good service, very safe with automatic door locks and codes, quiet. Only thing I give a minus, was noise during the night from bars and disco's close by - but all in all a lovely guesthouse for an affordable price.

공용화장실, 욕실 맞은 편에 있는 객실을 배정받아서 너무 불편했어요. 5~10분 간격으로 계속 사람들이 드나들면서 문소리, 물소리에 잠을 잘 수가 없었어요. 아침에도 그 소리에 깼네요. 너무 불만족스러운 경험잉었어요.

You can tell the owner Alex cares about this place. Taking every precaution to make sure everything is neat and tidy. Excellent spot overall. Cozy room, more than enough amenities around. Alex even showed me around the property and explained how things go in such a short amount of time. Would definitely comeback the next time I'm in Seoul. That is how a guesthouse should be run, period.

絶対にやめといた方がいい。 ホテルの前がクラブで夜は寝れない。部屋には耳栓が置いてあり付けて寝てくださいと書いてました。部屋の中は生ゴミの臭いがします。3泊しましたが1日目から違うホテルに変えたいくらいでした。もう絶対に泊まりません。

Property itself is safe and clean, but staff isn't there much and the area around it is very noisy as it is all bars and party establishments.

Very very noisy and this is the worst evenif U like rock&roll. Not firendly to costomer. U r just a coins to the owner not guest. If there is only room here nearby Hongdae, I will take a free & calm sleep in park which is from this 3 min. by walk. Toilet of common is dirty. Oh my god~ is it really an acommodation ?

Super loud at night, but for the price what can you expect. Have to be a heavy sleeper, and it’ll be perfect if you want to party every night

隔音較沒那麼好，隔壁關門聲都能聽得見，弘大夜生活太熱鬧，戴上耳塞仍會聽到吵雜的聲音，喜歡寧靜的可能需要考慮一下。

The "beds" were more like boards and were incredibly uncomfortable. Destroyed my back. Plus, its in the nightclub district so there was loud dance music playing until 4am. Probably the worst hostel I've stayed at.

주인장도 좋으시고 숙소도 괜찮은데 주변 홍대 클럽 소음이 심해서 잠을 잘수가 없네요

Room as small as a closet but very affordable and walking distance to everywhere.

This guesthouse is located in the middle of several nightclubs that blasted music until 5am. This was not mentioned in the property description and the room was not soundproofed! We booked for three nights but had no choice but to find other accommodation after a sleepless night. Unless you are into clubbing and plan to go to bed at 5am this is not the place for you! The beds are also rock hard!

Don’t stay here unless you are fine with music blasting 24/7 and dogs barking all night. I ended up leaving early and only staying 1 out of 3 nights. The bar(?) underneath the hostel has loud music going nonstop (no joke, it did not turn off or quieter at all) and it is located right beside a dog cafe where the dogs are barking constantly. And the bed was hard as a rock. I’m not sure if it is different on weekdays, but in the morning, there was an abundance of trash and throw up on the streets. The only positive aspect of this place was the gentleman at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful.

La habitación fue muy acogedora, la dueña fue muy amable y estuvo atenta de nosotras, incluso nos recomendó unos cafes y restaurantes a los que podíamos ir. Lo recomiendo :)

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hostel. When I walked in, the attendant looked me up and down with clear disdain, then immediately berated me to “be quiet” — before I had even said a single word. Apparently, there was a “very important guest” staying there, and regular paying customers like me were treated like a nuisance. It was an incredibly rude and unprofessional way to welcome someone. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it too.

직원이 친절하고, 시설이 나쁘지 않았습니다. 주변이 클럽거리라 밤에도 시끄러운 경향이 있지만, 수면에 큰 영향은 끼치지 않았어요.

It’s a convenience hotel from shop.

Its location is center of Hongdae , lots of variety restaurants and things to do. Safe to walk around the area and come back to the property easily even late night. Great place to meet young people and explore Seoul.

This property is located on the Party area noisy if you don't mind.
