The property is very nice, with a homey feel to it. The problem is the complete lack of responsiveness from the staff. I booked through Experia four nights and told the hotel that I would need to shorten the stay to 3 nights. Thay said they were not able to make the change because the booking was through Expedia. Expedia has been trying for three days to contact the hotel, both by telephone and by their own internal messaging, but the hotel has not responded at all. The hotel did not respond to my request to confirm that payments using a foreign credit card by a resident of another country are not subject to the VAT. I waited for over one month and they never responded. They seem to ignore communication through the Expediaq messaging system and want everyone to communicate with them through a WhatsApp number. I asked to talk to a manager concerning my request to shorten my stay, and I was never put in touch with one.
