Delightful staff. Beautiful location and grounds. Comfortable room and amenities. Delicious food and restaurant.

Im Grunde war alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sauna genutzt und lecker gefrühstückt. Personal war freundlich.

Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality coffee & tea. So disappointing
