Wonderful with friendly staff . Great location .

I cannot say enough about how much I love this hotel. When we asked to upgrade to a larger room, the front desk made it happen in the middle of the night without hesitation. The property is absolutely beautiful, and everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. John who is at the front desk was exceptional and desreves a promotion. The only issue I'd mention is a design flaw with the showers. The shower floor isn't properly sloped, which means if someone accidentally leaves the drain closed, the bathroom can flood. This nearly happened to us, but thankfully my husband caught it in time. I've stayed at other Faranda hotels and noticed this is a recurring problem. This isn't the staff's fault—it's a construction issue that should have been addressed during the building phase. Despite this minor design flaw, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and stunning property.

Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are small but lovely. Clean and cool temperatures I slept so well each night. The staff are absolutely amazing wonderful people, every single one of them were super kind and attentive. The location is perfect and I found the area very safe.

We loved our stay in the suite. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It was quiet away from the busyness, but close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants.

Best location to stay in Cartagena. A boutique hotel with all facilities and amazing design. 10/10.
