Elk Estate

Great property, so close to Inverloch but so private we felt miles away. Super clean and comfy, well appointed kitchen for cooking meals at home, very well utilised spa and sauna (even the pool, at 15 degrees top temp for the day, had use for ice baths!) and the pool table had a real workout. Would love to return one day.

We stayed as a family of 12 (7 adults and 5 children) at Elk Estate. The house is just wonderful for a family, very clean, spacious, 4 bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs (which was great for my elderly parents). Each bedroom has its own Netflix which was awesome! The kids (and the adults) loved the outdoor pool and spa - the kids were in it pretty much the whole time. Plenty of bath and pool towels in the laundry which was an absolute bonus. Michelle (our host) was on hand to greet us on arrival and show us around, and as it was my father's 90th birthday, Michelle actually baked him a delicious birthday cake which was such a lovely gesture (she also provided a couple of bottles of very nice wine too :-). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all crockery and cooking equipment that you could possibly want. And then of course there is the games room which the kids absolutely made use of in the evenings. Only a short drive into Inverloch if you need to. We really can't speak highly enough of our stay at Elk Estate, and our host Michelle, and we will be returning.
