Cubo's Villa Loft Monte Perdido

Location was great, check in and out went smoothly, good kitchen and fantastic yard and outdoor facilities. Internet speed could be better. Some furniture is wearing. You need to bring your own water for drinking and cooking. Pool is not heated and could be a bit cold in late months.

Lovely villa in very quiet location. Car needed as last part of journey is practically on a dirt track. Owner will meet you on arrival and will contact you a week prioir with arrangements and instructions on how to get to the property. Owner is very nice indeed. Local major supermarkets are approx 10-15mins away. Only minor issues were the compmay used to manage the property and who you book with are very poor at communicating. They didnt respond to any messages and had to get Verbo involved propr to arrival to answer my questions. Apart from that it was really lovely.

Thoroughly enjoyable break at the villa again. We like the location and facilities as they meet our needs completely and ensure we switch off and relax.

The villa is situated up the mountain so it is an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whilst you are only 5-10 mins away from both Coín and Alhaurín, a car is definitely required to go to the local shops. We have stayed in the area before so we were fully aware of this. We did make use of the local taxi firm in Coín (taxi no 6 +34607778590) to take us in to town in the evenings for dinner and drinks. We would definitely recommend them, they are very reliable. The villa is very well equipped and exactly as described. It is worth noting that the ceiling height in the loft area is low and the stairs are open, so perhaps not ideal for the less mobile. The villa is well maintained and very clean. Cristobal was in constant contact with us on the day of our arrival and gave us directions to the villa. He is a lovely host who made us feel very welcome. Thankfully we didn't need to bother him during our stay. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat who doesn't mind having to drive/ get taxi in to town. Thanks Cristobal for a wonderful holiday, we will be back.

Overall very pleased with the stay. The Villa are located a bit remote, but if interested in seeing many things, it’s centrally placed.
