We visited for spring break. The weather didn’t cooperate the first two days but we still had fun using the indoor pool and visiting the nearby shops and arcade. Checkin and checkout were easy and we had no issues during our stay.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The kids (ages 12 & 11) loved the bunk beds instead of sharing a bed or a sofa sleeper. The condo had everything we needed, felt safe, and very family friendly. Super convenient walk to the beach. No beach chairs in the unit, so we rented a set of 2 chairs & an umbrella for $40/day. Rented from a guy right on the beach, who takes cash or card. The ocean water was chilly but the kids didn’t mind. The indoor pool and hot tub was so nice to have on a chilly morning or night. The location is so convenient to restaurants, grocery, urgent care, ice cream & donut shops, less than a 5min drive to anything we needed. The complex was not busy at all when we were there and was a great place for our family. Host gave detailed instructions on check-in and very quick at responding to any questions I had. Thanks for a great vacation!

The condo was a perfect fit and the check in process was easy! The complex is smaller so it’s not crowded at all. It’s less than a 5 minute walk down to the beach and the beach is huge so plenty of space to spread out. Can’t wait to be back!

Tidewater is a great place to stay. Smaller building so the beach and pools were not crowded. Plenty of parking in a gated lot. I would definitely stay again.

We are so pleased with our stay. The condo had a wonderful view and everything we could need. My 13 yr old son and I stayed here to have a better space than the hotel resort my other son stayed in for his baseball tournament. It was more than enough for us. We would consider staying in the same place if we were all staying together as a family, it might be difficult to share only the 1 bathroom. The vanity isn’t huge and there’s not a lot of places to store things out of the way. Even though it sleeps 6, I think that would be tight. The property is a little older but very clean, everything works except one set of sliding doors going out to the pool, we appreciate the gated entry and security guard, the pools and hot tub are nice and clean, the walk to the beach is very nice and easy, the walkway seems new and is in very good shape. The elevators were nice and quick and always worked. The property is very well maintained. The beach itself is very clean, not a lot of rocks and shells like it gets closer to the rock jetty. Overall, we enjoyed everything about our 5 day stay and would stay here again.

The views from our room was absolutely beautiful. Our condo was very clean had everything that you could need to get started for your vacation .The downfall would be the bathroom was so small. It felt really cramped between the hallway, bunkbeds and master bedroom. Also, I thought it would look really nice if the front door would’ve had a paint job and a nice welcoming mat my personal opinion on this. The heated Cole and Jacuzzi room smelled like chlorine so strongly that I cannot stay in there. I also would not have wanted to put my body in that water. The grounds was nice and clean. The walkway was very nice. Also let me mention the kitchen is very updated and they have nice washer and dryer. I would recommend this condo though. we stayed at this condo for our anniversary.

We were at Tidewater for Fall break. There was only one elevator that worked ALL week. Our unit was just fair. No baking dishes available. We have stayed at Tidewater many times and it is showing it's age.

Great location and space. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Pool is great and unit is well sound dampened. The shower was a bit difficult to use and washer and dryer need updating. Bring additional paper and soap products. Bedroom faces the walkway, so a blackout curtain would be nice.

Property was great, and just perfect for our family, but there were a a few little things that weren't cleaned like sand in the bunk beds, dirty coffee pot filter basket and dishes, and moldy bathtub mat, as well as loose, hanging weatherstripping from sliding door and wobbly bunk bed ladder steps.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain liner was not changed out by the cleaners. Had to call. The mattress and bathroom floor tile needs cleaning and renovation. Beach Ball property's customer service is great. They earned the rating.

We had a wonderful time during our stay over Labor Day weekend. This condo was everything our little family needed and more. It was clean, well kept, and the amenities were wonderful. Lastly, the view is outstanding! We cannot recommend it enough.

Condo needs serious updating. Condo was not clean. We had to spend 2 hours cleaning when we arrived. The shower did not have a working knob. Hallway rug was so dirty we had to just roll it up and set aside. Washer and dryer need replacing. Just a little disappointing. Not as shown on your website.

It was pretty and clean w a good view. But there's no comfortable seating and the mattress sinks way down in the middle. Wouldn't stay here again unless these things are changed.

The king bed in the master suite is in desperate need of a new mattress. The ine in there is VERY uncomfortable and misshapen. The dryer also needs replaced. It squealed and made God aweful noises every time you use it. And it barely dries. The condo was very clean and cute. The elevator broke twice one of which caused us to be stuck in the elevator for a few minutes.

This place is very small. The living area is nice size. The bathroom is very tiny. No safety handle to get in and out of shower as the tub is very deep. The bathroom needs updated. The bedroom is tiny. It has a king bed in it. The only way the bedroom and bathroom door will shut is if the bed is shoved against the wall. The king bed is awful. Without even getting in it you can see it sags in the middle. Once in the bed becomes a twin as you roll to the middle unless you hold onto the side of bed. This bed should be replaced as it's very old or cheap. Queen would work much better in here. No way would I have 6 people in here. Dining room only has 4 chairs. Bar stools are very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a great location and smaller complex which we love…the beach is way less crowded. The condo was updated and had plenty of amenities. There was not much seating in the living area, especially if you have six people and want to watch tv/a movie together. The tv was on the small side and very hard to operate (3 remotes!). We ended up buying a Roku so we could get to our streaming services easily. The doorstop on the condo door was broken and we had to bend down to hold it up and walk the door closed in order for it to actually shut. Not a big deal, but we had to put down everything when going to and from the beach just to close the door. Overall, a very nice condo.

Location was perfect for us. Directly across from the Shrimp Basket and Sweet Cone ice cream. Condo was plenty for the 2 of us. Nice to have the option of a coffee pot AND a keurig. Fridge is picky on staying cold enough - note on fridge explains more. And the king size bed has a pretty big dip in the middle. Other than that, our 5 day stay was just the reset we needed.

Great location - great communication with Larry regarding any issues - he did have a previous issed that was corrected before our stay however there was a smell from that issue that wasn't pleasant. As soon as we told him, he was able to get an appointment to have someone come out and will be fixing the issue. - great price for the condo - would recommend!

We stayed 5 nights in this condo. Loved the contactless check in. So easy! The condo was perfect for our stay & had everything we needed. The large balcony with table & chairs was a definite plus. Great for having coffee & our breakfast. Would definitely stay here in the future.

This was such a cozy little place for a relaxing stay with my mother-in-law. The balcony view was absolutely perfect and provided shade all day. Mattresses and furniture were comfortable. Larry was great to communicate with during our stay! We plan to go back!

We arrived at our condo to find it occupied by someone who had booked through another option and arrived first. Luckily, the host found us a hotel room on the beach close to the condo we had booked. We arrived at our condo to find it occupied by someone who had booked through another option and arrived first. Luckily, the host found us a hotel room on the beach close to the condo we had booked. The hotel was nice and people were very accommodating. Other than the absence of a private bedroom and a kitchen, we made the best of it and had a good time. We recently spent a week at this Tidewater property during the off season and it was the perfect place to getaway and decompress. If you had one or two small kids of course there are bunk beds too. The unit is super clean and nicely decorated had all the amenities you would expect, comfortable furniture and bed, coffee makers, cooking utensils and pans, washer and dryer, etc. And best off all of course was just sitting on the balcony enjoying the breezes and the sunrises and sunsets while reading a book. We will definitely go again.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The kids (ages 12 & 11) loved the bunk beds instead of sharing a bed or a sofa sleeper. The condo had everything we needed, felt safe, and very family friendly. Super convenient walk to the beach. No beach chairs in the unit, so we rented a set of 2 chairs & an umbrella for $40/day. Rented from a guy right on the beach, who takes cash or card. The ocean water was chilly but the kids didn’t mind. The indoor pool and hot tub was so nice to have on a chilly morning or night. The location is so convenient to restaurants, grocery, urgent care, ice cream & donut shops, less than a 5min drive to anything we needed. The complex was not busy at all when we were there and was a great place for our family. Host gave detailed instructions on check-in and very quick at responding to any questions I had. Thanks for a great vacation!

The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful view and both the indoor and outdoor pools.

The condo was a perfect fit and the check in process was easy! The complex is smaller so it’s not crowded at all. It’s less than a 5 minute walk down to the beach and the beach is huge so plenty of space to spread out. Can’t wait to be back!

This condo was perfect for my family of 3 for 5 nights. My daughter who is 13 and is taller than me didn’t want to sleep on the bunk beds so we took her a blow up mattress. So the only downside was not having a sofa bed but we made adjustments (no big deal at all) Beach view was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and afternoons. Our host, Larry, was so amazing and very easy to reach if needed about anything! We’ve been to Gulf Shores twice and this is the first time we’ve stayed in Orange Beach and we enjoyed the less crowded part about it. Parking at the condo was wonderful and the elevators are by far the best ones we’ve encountered at the beach (even a door dasher that rode up with us one night commented on that) Bottom line, you won’t regret booking with Larry, he’s a wonderful host and the condo is just what is needed for your stay! Thank you Larry for letting us stay in your condo!
