Econo Lodge Burlington I-70

Booked a room and they didn’t have the booking but took my money since I pre paid for it

I got double charged and still waiting for my refund. The halls smelled awful, the rooms were worn, had no lamps (nothing between the beds), the towels were ragged. Overpriced for what it was. I will never stay at an Econolodge again.

Very nice staff

Unkept, dirty outdoor entryway. Several people loitering outside. Clerk was exasperated and basically announced I should be prepared to not have the two rooms I had reserved, even though they were reserved a week in advance. My elderly parents are I had to wait until rooms could be "found"? We were so glad to leave the next morning, we didn't even glance at the " free breakfast".

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very old and outdated rooms. Clean. AC did not work and very noisy
