La chambre était assez grande pour 3. Par contre il y avait des traces d’humidités sur les murs. Quelques rafraîchissements serait à prévoir

Super séjour avec mon neveu. Le seul hic est que le sauna est réservé aux hommes (pour moi) et que les hommes sont nus ( contrairement en France où nous avons des serviettes) Sinon Hotel parfait bien pensé, laverie gratuite et petit déjeuner japonais original Je recommande et j’y retournerai sans soucis

Struttura non adatta a soggiorni di lunga permanenza. Nessun servizio di pulizia in camera previsto, accessibile solo su richiesta e dietro pagamento. Dotazioni di basso livello.

Rooms were wider, brighter and cleaner than most Japanese hotels i have seen. Really good hotel for a great price

Besides the bathroom being smaller than other hotels in the same price range,towel and other supply baskets were always empty. I checked in exactly as instructed by the booking website. Neither the booking website, the hotel's website, nor the hotel's pre-booking notice mentioned that guests with tattoos could not use the sauna facilities; it only stated that the hotel had a sauna for men only. I first tried showering in the room's bathroom, which was smaller than others hotels. However, I found using the shower was unpleasant,it’s really too narrow. I could only try to shower in sauna's shower room, but their staff stated that guests with tattoos could not use it, It's simply because of their self-defined rules that weren't published on website. Although I explained the situation regarding the room's bathroom is too small, he simply said he understood but offered no solutions, assistance, or other support. When the hotel notified me via email that I could no longer use the sauna, they even mentioned that they had monitored my use of their sauna using cameras , completely disregarding guest privacy. (Their staff having time to access cameras footage for a dispute arising from lack of their websites notification, but not having time to replenish towels and other toiletries. Their staff is completely failed to their responsibilities.)
