주차 공간이 너무 협소해서 공용주차장 써야되요

방도 넓고 위치도 좋고 아침식사도 가성비가 아주 좋습니다

오션뷰 suite 넓고 루프탑 bar도 만족허웠는데 형편없는 아침식사 너무나 실망스러웠어요. 7시부터 조식 시작이고 8시에 식당에 도착했는데 며칠이 지난듯한 음식들이 진열되어 있었어요. 커피와 요거트만 먹었고 전화로 컴플레인을 했는데 ‘고객 개인의 취향이다. 우린 신선하지 않은 음식을 제공한적 없다‘라는 답변을 들었어요. 그 다음날 다른 직원분이 사과하고 메뉴가 개선되긴 했지만 참으로 실망스러운 음식과 고객대응이었어요.

The stay was acceptable, but the breakfast (paid extra) was very disappointing and below acceptable standards. Several items did not appear fresh and seemed to have been left out for an extended period. I was unable to eat most of the food. When I raised the issue, the staff denied any problem and dismissed it as personal preference, which was not appropriate. Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine.
