Rooms are clean but did notice some mold in the shower. Also some of the common areas are showing less than ideal due to wear.

The sheets were clean. The toiket was clean. The shower was a bit grimy. Everything felt a bit sticky in the room but the main parts were clean. Overall the hotel is like that. The important places are clean but like the gym had an inch if dust everywhere... it felt dusty everywhere.

I had quite a poor experience. Poor enough that on one night of my stay I had to find other accommodation. On my second day I asked that staff not clean my room. On my third day I put the "Please make-up" room sign on at 11:00 am. At the time there were two cleaning crews on the floor. I returned at 6:00 pm I returned to a room that had not been cleaned. The front desk clerk was condescending and rude when I complained and inferred that I had put the "do not disturb sign" on the door. Absolutely untrue. He offered nothing. I asked him to please at least send up coffee which he did. Rarely have I experienced being treated in such a way. That night (Friday) bus loads of children arrived. I was kept awake until 1:00 am with kids running the hallways and hitting the doors. I did not feel comfortable speaking with the same front desk clerk. Saturday I went downstairs to find absolute chaos. Probably 100 children (10 - 12 years old) literally destroying the lobby and breakfast area. The front desk clerk (not the one from the previous day) was just out numbered and was completely unable to control what was happening. There was food everywhere from kids throwing it, they were climbing on metal decorative pieces on the walls, they urinated on the floor in front of the elevator. This is the hotel's responsibility. I asked my husband to come over and he insisted I leave. This is not a cheap hotel (I think I paid $260.00/day) All around terrible experience
