The staff are not particularly helpful, although they are generally polite and not unpleasant. Overall, there is room for improvement, particularly with the breakfast setup, dining options, facilities, and level of service.

We need more variety at breakfast...especially when you stay for a week or more...it's the same thing every day...I ended up skipping g it and going to Mugg & Bean Coffee Shop close by.

We’re cyclists from Australia and travelling the world. We had experienced very friendly staff that helped us with all our queries and in particular safe storage of our bicycles . Nothing was too much trouble. Daniel who cleaned our room for us did a fantastic job and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed sitting outside with an incredible ocean view. And special thank you to the drivers taking us to the airport. Highly recommend!
