the room was spacious and very clean. i had a one-bedroom with an extra large bed. one thing that stood out was the clean sofa (as typically in hotels, they are full of stains). the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. netflix in the living area and bedroom. really good AC. the water pressure in the shower was mediocre (if you have a lot of hair, it takes longer to wash). had trouble with the wifi on my last 2 days but the staff rectified it and worked okay afterwards, still cut out for video calls and netflix. the staff are super friendly with everything. the food at the parc thai restaurant was delicious - though the drinks were pricey. the pool is small and surrounded by landscaping - appeared to have the ‘closed for treatment’ sign during the majority of my stay. the location is quiet and walking distance to convenience stores, plenty of eateries, and a shopping plaza. a reliable bank next door. there is a cafe on the property, very good food and drinks. there is a sky terrace/restaurant but had the closed sign up for my 6-day stay except for one night. they offer a free shuttle to the airport after certain duration. i would stay again and recommend this place.

The staff and the grounds were amazing! Staff was very kind and helpful with every need. The food here was amazing in all three cafes/restaurants. Getting GRAB was super easy here. Lovely stay and lovely staff, they were so helpful! The breakfast each morning was delicious, there were so many great amenities! The pool is lush and gorgeous. This is in a safe area however not very walkable. Front desk is helpful when calling cabs to the city.

Beautiful place,great staff and very clean.It is about 10 minutes outside downtown and there is some street noise and nightly music from a bar across the street.The pool and food choices are great.I would stay there again when visiting Chiang Mai.

Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! Everything you could possibly need was here: breakfast on site, lunch at the cafe on the property, dinner selection from downstairs or the rooftop restaurant, and drinks either at the private speakeasy style pub downstairs or upstairs overlooking the local city from high above at the Rooftop Bar! The pool was beautiful infinity style, and for parents, they can watch their kids playing in the pool while working out in the gym because it overlooks the pool and lounge chairs. There is also massage on-site either in their salon or in-room (you just need to book in advance). It's a really great venue for a wedding. There was one going on during our stay and I thought it looked lovely! Oh, there was a Zen Garden to relax in too. Honestly, such a hidden gem tucked far enough away from the main street, you wouldn't even know it's there! Everything we ate and drank was 10 out of 10! Delicious, flavorful, and the staff were all great too. Now for the room: we had the highest floor executive room with the walkout balcony. Although we didn't use either, there were two bathtubs: one inside and one outside too! 😅 There was a dining table inside and outside, two couches, two TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King Bed and Desk. The place offered more than enough space for my husband and I who work on our laptops while traveling.

Everything! This hotel is beautiful. The staff are wonderful they are all very professional and extremely helpful. The food is of outstanding quality . The rooms are extremely clean and a pleasure to be in. It was so nice to be out of town slightly . The grab can cost around 80 Bart . Housekeeping are so good and the shuttle was a great asset .

The room was clean, had comfortable bedding and a good internet connection. I liked getting a 500thb voucher to use for food. The room looked a little bare as many shelves were empty of items. The kitchen needed cooking items as there were bare cupboards. The restaurant had great food but appetizers should be served before the main courses not after. the room was spacious and very clean. i had a one-bedroom with an extra large bed. one thing that stood out was the clean sofa (as typically in hotels, they are full of stains). the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. netflix in the living area and bedroom. really good AC. the water pressure in the shower was mediocre (if you have a lot of hair, it takes longer to wash). had trouble with the wifi on my last 2 days but the staff rectified it and worked okay afterwards, still cut out for video calls and netflix. the staff are super friendly with everything. the food at the parc thai restaurant was delicious - though the drinks were pricey. the pool is small and surrounded by landscaping - appeared to have the ‘closed for treatment’ sign during the majority of my stay. the location is quiet and walking distance to convenience stores, plenty of eateries, and a shopping plaza. a reliable bank next door. there is a cafe on the property, very good food and drinks. there is a sky terrace/restaurant but had the closed sign up for my 6-day stay except for one night. they offer a free shuttle to the airport after certain duration. i would stay again and recommend this place.

Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! Everything you could possibly need was here: breakfast on site, lunch at the cafe on the property, dinner selection from downstairs or the rooftop restaurant, and drinks either at the private speakeasy style pub downstairs or upstairs overlooking the local city from high above at the Rooftop Bar! The pool was beautiful infinity style, and for parents, they can watch their kids playing in the pool while working out in the gym because it overlooks the pool and lounge chairs. There is also massage on-site either in their salon or in-room (you just need to book in advance). It's a really great venue for a wedding. There was one going on during our stay and I thought it looked lovely! Oh, there was a Zen Garden to relax in too. Honestly, such a hidden gem tucked far enough away from the main street, you wouldn't even know it's there! Everything we ate and drank was 10 out of 10! Delicious, flavorful, and the staff were all great too. Now for the room: we had the highest floor executive room with the walkout balcony. Although we didn't use either, there were two bathtubs: one inside and one outside too! 😅 There was a dining table inside and outside, two couches, two TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King Bed and Desk. The place offered more than enough space for my husband and I who work on our laptops while traveling.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were absolutely amazing, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Everything! This hotel is beautiful. The staff are wonderful they are all very professional and extremely helpful. The food is of outstanding quality . The rooms are extremely clean and a pleasure to be in. It was so nice to be out of town slightly . The grab can cost around 80 Bart . Housekeeping are so good and the shuttle was a great asset .

The hotel is not a 5 star resort. It is old. The balcony is not accessible (the patio door is bolted locked). Everything is expensive. Laundry was ridiculously overpriced. It isn’t close to anything so getting transported to and from the hotel was horrible.

The hotel is very beautiful. It was the best ones I visited during my stay across Thailand. Super clean, aesthetically pleasing and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well. My favourite hotel 10/10!!!

Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! Everything you could possibly need was here: breakfast on site, lunch at the cafe on the property, dinner selection from downstairs or the rooftop restaurant, and drinks either at the private speakeasy style pub downstairs or upstairs overlooking the local city from high above at the Rooftop Bar! The pool was beautiful infinity style, and for parents, they can watch their kids playing in the pool while working out in the gym because it overlooks the pool and lounge chairs. There is also massage on-site either in their salon or in-room (you just need to book in advance). It's a really great venue for a wedding. There was one going on during our stay and I thought it looked lovely! Oh, there was a Zen Garden to relax in too. Honestly, such a hidden gem tucked far enough away from the main street, you wouldn't even know it's there! Everything we ate and drank was 10 out of 10! Delicious, flavorful, and the staff were all great too. Now for the room: we had the highest floor executive room with the walkout balcony. Although we didn't use either, there were two bathtubs: one inside and one outside too! 😅 There was a dining table inside and outside, two couches, two TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King Bed and Desk. The place offered more than enough space for my husband and I who work on our laptops while traveling.

Everything! This hotel is beautiful. The staff are wonderful they are all very professional and extremely helpful. The food is of outstanding quality . The rooms are extremely clean and a pleasure to be in. It was so nice to be out of town slightly . The grab can cost around 80 Bart . Housekeeping are so good and the shuttle was a great asset .

Excellent hotel near Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. Room was spacious. Spread for breakfast was sufficient. There were some insects flying around outdoors, but the staff offered insect repellent.

The room was clean, had comfortable bedding and a good internet connection. I liked getting a 500thb voucher to use for food. The room looked a little bare as many shelves were empty of items. The kitchen needed cooking items as there were bare cupboards. The restaurant had great food but appetizers should be served before the main courses not after. There were many selections on the menu and my duck curry dish tasted great. I saw on their website a game room listed but the staff said this doesn't exist there. Overall it was a good visit.

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Was picked up from the airport which is only a few minutes away and driver was great. Bags were escorted to room and room was clean and cold when I got inside. Stayed in S-Class suite so on highest floor of rooms. View was amazing and so was room. Breakfast was amazing. Truly. A mall is walking distance. A Go Wholesale also where you can load up on food and snacks that you have never seen/tried before for great prices. We enjoyed every night in hotel. Terrace was my favorite part as I took a bath overlooking the city each night. Not too far from Old Town so we were able to make the weekend market which was a great time of shopping. Had to get a tuktuk back due to street closures but was def worth the experience. Escorted to airport. Cant say enough about food at hotel. You have to eat breakfast here. Wont regret it. Air quality is far from the best in Chiang Mai so wear a mask while outdoors during burning season. You can see and smell it all day so your body will thank you if you do. Oh yeah, tried Chang beer in hotel room and loved it! Fiancé loved the Singha beer. Room drinks and snacks were awesome. Made me buy Chang beer the rest of my stay in Thailand.
