The rooms are filthy, bathtub cracked in middle , no coffee , nosey ,do yourself a favor Don't stay here

Dirty hotel.. heater no works, tube dirty no soap no towels no tv I don’t recommend this hotel

Staff was friendly. The room was filthy. There were burn holes in the mattress. Sheets and comforter were stained.There were roaches in the room. The floors had not been swept and the bathroom had black mold

It was very dirty they do not chage the bedding nor clean the floors

The room reeked of smoke and there was hair and dirt particles on the bed.

The room was terrible , tub had green stuff in it tolit wasn't clean . The room need up dated. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was not ready by 3pm, we waited, went in the room smelled. The bedding was not changed, the pillows smelled of body odor, the bed spread smelled of stinch and urine. Blinds and rest of furniture including inside night stand drawer and window seals so full of dust. Heavy stains on carpet. Shower molded inside and dirty. No new roll of toilet paper. Floors in bathroom dirty. We were running late to get to event. We did not bring anything in room except for what we were going to wear to event. It was so nasty, dead flies and moths in window seal. I feared there were other bugs. We came back to room changed our clothes and headed back home, over 2 hours away. It was a nauseating experience. I would not let my pet stay in something like this. There was not even a bar of soap. The walls were stained with old, something running down them. Cobb webbs above entry of door to ceiling on the inside. So much more.

This place is horrible really run down, everything is dirty, this is a $20PN hotel.

The room was rank with mold and cigarettes. Roaches crawling with the lights on. Sheets were nasty abd beds were broken. Tiles cracked. Non-working microwave and fide and covered in rust.

The carpets were bleached in spots, holes in Sheetrock in the walls were knocked out, toilet was stained brown and looked disgusting.

Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Paint peeling, holes in the walls, tv didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work. The shower curtain was hung up with zip ties. Really.

Not much to do around the area had to go to the next town over. The room was terrible the floors when you walked on them certain spots would sink down . Most motels/hotels have soap, shampoo, lotion, tissues etc this one didnt there were no ice bucket or coffee pot. Very highly do not ever recommend this place to anyone!!!

I don't know I checked out 2 hrs after checking in. The jacuzzi tub handles fell off in my hand. The jacuzzi tub didn't work. I am still awaiting a refund.

I’ll sleep anywhere as long as it’s safe and clean, but what I encountered here was beyond disappointing. I understand I booked a cheap motel, but I stayed here about a decade ago and it was nothing like tonight. The room didn’t resemble the photos on the website at all. The door felt like it could be pushed open with my foot. The light switch by the door didn’t work, and the room was dark with no overhead lighting. There was loose furniture behind the door, and the carpet was wrinkled, stained, and uncomfortable. The room was large, but filled with broken-down furniture, leaving an empty space on one side. The mattress crunched when I checked for bedbugs, had stains and holes, and the sheets seemed clean but were just basic. The bedside table was falling apart, with a huge splinter on top. There was no outlet near the bed, no Wi-Fi, and I had to use two remotes to get the TV to work. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinges, and it was clear I couldn’t shower. The room smelled musty, the walls were patched with mismatched paint, and it felt unsafe. I had to jam a chair under the door after locking it. I immediately booked another hotel. When I returned the key, the desk clerk just shrugged. While I know they’re renovating, these rooms should not be rented out in their current condition. I've never left a hotel in the middle of the night, but this place made me feel unsafe and dirty

There was only the bathroom plugs that worked and had only one towel and nothing else was comfortable in there but really sucked

What I didn’t like was that I had a confirmation from expedia.com got to the hotel. The entire hotel was booked up. I drove three hours so that I could stay overnight for a military appointment that I had to find out I didn’t have a room now I can’t figure out how to get paid back for the room that I didn’t even stay in Expedia.com really screwed this one up bad.

Ive stayed here every time we've made the 12 hour drive and most recently came into toen for a family members funeral. We drove all night and got there early than the 3 pm check in time that is posted onto the website. I had asked about early check in and they told us no, as well as check in was at 4 pm. We were exhausted from the drive, from the heat and mentally exhausted from the loss of our loved one but they did not care. I tried to cancel it, but they did not want to give a full refund. Wasted money because we refused to stay there after the cold attitude we had gotten. I mean, the rooms aren't bad, not super but not bad. I know that a lot of workers stay there and it can get loud. Nonetheless, we wouldve continued giving them our business until that day. I hope whoever owns it, learns some compassion and understanding some day soon for the next heart broken family traveling through the night.

Cleanliness left alot to be desired but for the price, and considering I always clean motel rooms before I stay in them, it wasn't a big deal. The staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Unless your normal accommodations are the side of the road, you're not going to like this place. This place is a stretch to have a star at all. Should have a negative rating. It's in nowheresville Louisiana... so $41 sounded reasonable... 2 stars... how bad could it be...? I should have caught the clerks drift when he strongly suggested I check it out first... twice. But... I didn't. I had already paid, and 'no refund' policy made me feel like I didn't have a choice anyway. The clerk was very apologetic and let us know that he usually only rents by the hour... or to long term construction workers. A few stern words through chat, and I'm supposed to be getting a refund... although it hasn't hit my bank yet. Drove 3.5 miles down the road and paid $114 for the 4 star Best Western. Felt like a palace after that last dump. There really aren't enough negative adjectives to describe this '2 star' listing. Tried adding pics... won't let me...

i checked in and went to my room and there was no running water, they moved me and the next room had no phone and no lights, the room im in now has no phone and the air sucks. i want my money back or a compensation with another night or two.

Good location if you work here. It’s non refundable so don’t make a booking date mistake and don’t book until you see the rooms. I opted out of staying but my coworker stayed and said he had roaches in his room but for <$300 a week what would one expect.
