Fantastic views of the lake and stellar service. Accommodations were comfortable. The mini split heating unit in the bedroom made the room warm within minutes. There are lots of amenities on the property to enjoy in Spring and Summer.

The location is on a busy road with limited access to the beach. We were wakened by scratching noises of rodents in the walls in the early morning. Also, when water was used in other parts of the building it created a gurgling drip drip drip noise in the wash basin right next to the bed. Also, the extra blanket we found (because it was cold) had unpleasant soiled spots suggesting it had not been cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great out of the way place to stay when visiting Cooperstown. Staff/owners very friendly and accommodating. Room very larger and nice in historic p;d building. Highly recommended.
