Huge suite, air conditioned, and lots of restaurants around the hotel. Self serve laundry was great. Not a lot of complaints about the hotel except the bathroom sink seemed clogged and the grout could be cleaner in the bathroom.

這旅館離上環站非常近，五分鐘以內的距離。是比較小間的旅館，每個樓層只有兩間房間。但房間內的設計非常好，善用每一個空間。設計師非常有巧思，每個角落都運用的很讚。從窗外看出去可以看到香港人的真實生活狀態。第一次知道原來電影裡演得很真實，香港人會在他們住的公寓頂樓做運動，晾衣服。非常有趣。附近就有很多好吃的，要去九記吃訪港必吃的牛楠麵也方便。這次還意外發現旅館斜對角有間"王榮記"，完全不"檸檬王"的老店，名氣沒檸檬王大，但很多當地人去買的。推!!! 房間的大小在香港算是大的，尤其是在中環上環這個區域。很推~

Hotel/apartment is a little bit dated. However, a nice touch is that each floor only had 1 or 2 rooms so if you value privacy, this place is for you. We stayed on the 28th floor and had the whole floor to ourselves. Our room was decent. Ventilation system works but is quite loud. Nice that the suite had two A/C controllers - one for the main room and one for the bedroom. Sliding door to separate the two areas was a plus since we were travelling with a baby. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette and included a full size fridge/freezer and a separate sink. The room was also stocked with plateware, utensils and a coffee machine which was a bonus. The hotel comes with washing and drying services but no detergent available. However, directly across the street facing the hotel are 2 laundromats. The property is located in a convenient area and close to many great restaurants, stores and the MTR. All in all, can't beat the price for the amount of space you get.

Looks good in photo but overall experience is average at best. Good thing the room is very spacious in hk standard, yet the layout design is not very smart with a few basic amenities are oddly absent, e.g. there is no coffee nor tea bag (but there’s a coffee machine in the room), there is no hand soap (by here is a body soap within the shower which cannot be taking around while the sink is situated outside the toilet that you need to walk across the writing desk 🙂\u200d↕️), there is a Bose speaker within the room but cannot be used, the window blinds is a mix of manual and electronic controlled, but the controls seemed very random 🤓 . Also the lobby and public area are very cheaply designed, you feel like going to a shady Karaoke bar instead of a proper hotel when check in, some of the staff is like “stand in” except the lady who check me out , she is the only one act like a real hotel staff. I would not be so harsh but with the price they charged, I feel like those cheaper business hotel like Ibis or iClub , despite smaller room size, seems a better choice in the area!

The washrooms are disgusting. Black mold brown stains growing in caulking and grout. Stained yellow tiles. I had family in same hotel different rooms that had same disgusting washrooms. Staff were all great so nothing to do with them. The washrooms will prevent me from booking with this hotel in future.

Great location close to MTR and also walking distance from the nightlight of Lan Kwai Fong. Room size is pretty standard for Hong Kong. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was also extra friendly and helped us call a cab/uber when it was raining and we couldn't walk to the station.

Great location near Sheung Wan station, with helpful staff. No problems with the stay itself. However, there was a small issue with the booking, in that the Hotels.com app allowed us to book a room for 3, even though the room only had 2 single beds and the Hotel's policy is not to provide roll-away beds. They did on this occasion after some negotiation. If booking for 3 be aware.

Great location close to MTR and also walking distance from the nightlight of Lan Kwai Fong. Room size is pretty standard for Hong Kong. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was also extra friendly and helped us call a cab/uber when it was raining and we couldn't walk to the station.

Een goed hotel en ruime kamers! Zeker voor HK begrippen. Ik was erg tevreden. Helaas geen ontbijt maar veel mogelijkheden op loopafstand.vriendelijke dame aan de receptie.

Good thing the room is very spacious in hk standard, yet the layout design is not very smart with a few basic amenities are oddly absent, e.g. there is no coffee nor tea bag (but there’s a coffee machine in the room), there is no hand soap (by here is a body soap within the shower which cannot be taking around while the sink is situated outside the toilet that you need to walk across the writing desk 🙂\u200d↕️), there is a Bose speaker within the room but cannot be used, the window blinds is a mix of manual and electronic controlled, but the controls seemed very random 🤓 . Also the lobby and public area are very cheaply designed, you feel like going to a shady Karaoke bar instead of a proper hotel when check in, some of the staff is like “stand in” except the lady who check me out , she is the only one act like a real hotel staff. I would not be so harsh but with the price they charged, I feel like those cheaper business hotel like Ibis or iClub , despite smaller room size, seems a better choice in the area!

Great location near Sheung Wan station, with helpful staff. No problems with the stay itself. However, there was a small issue with the booking, in that the Hotels.com app allowed us to book a room for 3, even though the room only had 2 single beds and the Hotel's policy is not to provide roll-away beds. They did on this occasion after some negotiation. If booking for 3 be aware.

這旅館離上環站非常近，五分鐘以內的距離。是比較小間的旅館，每個樓層只有兩間房間。但房間內的設計非常好，善用每一個空間。設計師非常有巧思，每個角落都運用的很讚。從窗外看出去可以看到香港人的真實生活狀態。第一次知道原來電影裡演得很真實，香港人會在他們住的公寓頂樓做運動，晾衣服。非常有趣。附近就有很多好吃的，要去九記吃訪港必吃的牛楠麵也方便。這次還意外發現旅館斜對角有間"王榮記"，完全不"檸檬王"的老店，名氣沒檸檬王大，但很多當地人去買的。推!!! 房間的大小在香港算是大的，尤其是在中環上環這個區域。很推~

Hotel/apartment is a little bit dated. However, a nice touch is that each floor only had 1 or 2 rooms so if you value privacy, this place is for you. We stayed on the 28th floor and had the whole floor to ourselves. Our room was decent. Ventilation system works but is quite loud. Nice that the suite had two A/C controllers - one for the main room and one for the bedroom. Sliding door to separate the two areas was a plus since we were travelling with a baby. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette and included a full size fridge/freezer and a separate sink. The room was also stocked with plateware, utensils and a coffee machine which was a bonus. The hotel comes with washing and drying services but no detergent available. However, directly across the street facing the hotel are 2 laundromats. The property is located in a convenient area and close to many great restaurants, stores and the MTR. All in all, can't beat the price for the amount of space you get.

Great location close to MTR and also walking distance from the nightlight of Lan Kwai Fong. Room size is pretty standard for Hong Kong. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was also extra friendly and helped us call a cab/uber when it was raining and we couldn't walk to the station.

Huge suite, air conditioned, and lots of restaurants around the hotel. Self serve laundry was great. Not a lot of complaints about the hotel except the bathroom sink seemed clogged and the grout could be cleaner in the bathroom.

Een goed hotel en ruime kamers! Zeker voor HK begrippen. Ik was erg tevreden. Helaas geen ontbijt maar veel mogelijkheden op loopafstand.vriendelijke dame aan de receptie.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Not only is this hotel super dated and rundown, it has a horrific staff and customer service. You can see that the management does not care about the hotel or providing service to people who are staying at the hotel, their reception has an aquarium that is dirty and gross, not sure if there was fish in there, but all you can see is moss growing in the tank. You don’t want to even look at it. The staff is uncaring and unprofessional. Please trust me, this hotel is rather scary. They promised me that they will fix the air conditioner or even change my room, but then when I return, they did neither thing they promised. The air conditioner is super loud, it makes sleeping very difficult especially for someone who is getting over jetlag. The worst is its management, they do not care about providing quality service to people. Please trust me when I say, they don’t care about people because I’m from HK, I have never seen this kind of subpar hotel service, it brings shame to Hong Kong and its people.

AC didn't work properly - couldn't adjust temperature or wind. Poor housekeeping - we stayed for 3 nights and they only changed towels but did not change bed sheets. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
