Traveling to the area for the 1st for a baseball tournament. Late arrival and from the moment we did arrive after the drive, was greeted warmly by the front desk who assisted us with getting several things set up in the room. Room has a great lay out for the family, letting the kiddos have their own area and tv. Free breakfast was great with multiple choices. Nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean hotel. Was a shame the pool wasn't usable, it had been out of action for months but that wasn't obvious when booking, also wasn't mentioned when checking in. Nice breakfast. Staff were pleasant but was hard to find receptionist or other staff to speak to on 3 separate occasions during my stay (to check out, ask for coffee as breakfast to be topped up, when pool would be back in use). Free laundry facilities. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Noisy - terrible wifi so I’m not sure why they even offer streaming from your iPhone or pad - dirty carpet - bad show head and low water pressure - paid triple the price from even downtown Bay Area SF 4star in California for so this was terrible. Won’t stay here again

We arrived at almost 5 and the room was not ready. Thankfully the front desk staff put double people on the room to get it cleaned and ready. The breakfast was very disappointing. We showed up 10 minutes after breakfast started and they were already out of the sausage. The potatoes were cold and tge guy who was in charge of the food went outside to smoke. The shower pressure was a joke. The water came out slower than the water from the sink and no pressure whatsoever. I know our room was not the only one like this as our friend was staying there and said the same thing.

The property and front desk staff were great! The only issues I had were these: There was a sticky substance left on my desk in my room when I checked in. I went out to my car and tried to get back into the back door at 10:58am (just before checkout) and my card was already cleared and not working for me. Check out is 11am and that is the time it should stop working..not a few minutes before. I had to walk in the slippery ice to the front door to get my card reactivated and it took a lot of unnecessary time to do that...especially since the walkways at back of bldg were not salted. (The front of bldg was salted and had walkable walkways). Regardless of these issues, overall it was a good stay!

We were very impressed with this place! Located in an industrial area made for a very quiet night. But it's also close to lots of action of you want to go out! We were impressed with the full kitchen and huge shower. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and were courteous and friendly.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. We stayed in the 1-bedroom queen suite - we were very impressed. The room was very spacious, there was a full kitchen! Check-in was easy and staff were very kind. Navigating the hotel was pretty simple, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this place. It wasn’t like you were staying in a hotel at all, you almost felt like you were sitting in your own home. Very clean, beds are comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly. Something they must work on is their breakfast. Everything was cold except for the waffles. There wasn’t anybody at the front desk almost every time walking into the reception area. Being a manager, it’s nice to see a face and be greeted. During breakfast, there was nobody out there to answer questions or to help with something if needed. I will definitely say again and would refer this hotel to others.

We Loved the large room with kitchen living room and bedroom! I wish all hotel rooms were like this! The breakfast was amazing and the hotel knew how to make strong coffee and offered coffee and tea 24 hours! Amazing place!

Unfriendly staff and completely unwilling to help. They guy on the front desk made me sign a document with my personal information to supposly enroll me in the IHG program, but I never received confirmation that I was actually enrolled. I have no idea what that guy did with my info. Pretty unsettling.

Nice, clean hotel. Was a shame the pool wasn't usable, it had been out of action for months but that wasn't obvious when booking, also wasn't mentioned when checking in. Nice breakfast. Staff were pleasant but was hard to find receptionist or other staff to speak to on 3 separate occasions during my stay (to check out, ask for coffee as breakfast to be topped up, when pool would be back in use). Free laundry facilities. Would stay here again if back in the area.

The check in staff Gabe & Patrick were absolutely phenomonal. So friendly & engaging & kind. We ended up staying two nights instead of the planned one night mostly because of the restful, welcoming vibe… after crazy days on the road it was most welcome. Fab facility

The facilities are definitely nice and very clean. Our room was very comfortable and we appreciated having the larger room. The odd thing happened when we were in the process of checking out. My kids were taking suitcases out of the room to go downstairs and the door to our room had shut, leaving our little (very anxious) dog inside. When they tried to use the card key to open the door and get him, the key access had been turned off already (we had a few mins until 11 am checkout). I asked the guy manning the desk to get us new keys to open the room and get our dog out - it took him a while and he never apologized or barely communicated that he would help us. The person who checked us in the night before had been so helpful and kind, that this left kind of a sour taste in our mouth.

We were very impressed with this place! Located in an industrial area made for a very quiet night. But it's also close to lots of action of you want to go out! We were impressed with the full kitchen and huge shower. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and were courteous and friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel before and will come back again whenever we are in Portland. This location is centrally located to shopping areas, great food hubs like Tigard and Beaverton. The hotel is clean, quiet and offers a great, and free, breakfast every morning.

Traveling to the area for the 1st for a baseball tournament. Late arrival and from the moment we did arrive after the drive, was greeted warmly by the front desk who assisted us with getting several things set up in the room. Room has a great lay out for the family, letting the kiddos have their own area and tv. Free breakfast was great with multiple choices. Nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that they ran out of breakfast and coffee at 8:30am. So, we had to get breakfast on the road.

We enjoyed the property. The breakfast was lacking. We have been at many Staybridge properties even this one at different time’s. They seemed to only be putting out a minimal amount. There where several empty places that are usually filled for breakfast.The breakfast and property are the main reason’s we have chosen Staybridge. It was a little bit of a let down especially since I was treating my wife for Mother’s Day.

We Loved the large room with kitchen living room and bedroom! I wish all hotel rooms were like this! The breakfast was amazing and the hotel knew how to make strong coffee and offered coffee and tea 24 hours! Amazing place!

I would clearly say that it’s the best ever Staybridge experience I have ever had. Vanessa from front desk is a great support and upgraded our room as an IHG diamond elite member. Swimming pool is the greatest and kids enjoyed a lot Breakfast is minimal, however every necessary items are there to fulfill nice breakfast Social evenings fro. Monday to Thursday are great addition. Tried few times and always plenty Rooms are generous and feels really like a home Did bbq few times, had all the utensils there and nice courtyard type of feeling In short, best of the best

I enjoyed the spacious look and beauty of the room. The TV not working wasn’t a big issues since I didn’t mind only have one Western channel to view. It appeared the TV remote use ended on the last day for my brother and SIL who were on the upper floor. Breakfast was very good if you like the minimal choice of food when it ran out early. It was a nice and quiet hotel stay during our travels during the surprise 80th birthday party for my eldest brother. Thank you for helping our family rest whenever needed, that was most important!

Missing tv in bedroom. Told front desk when I checked in. Maintenance came up and said that they good it for another room. The next day I went down and asked the front desk if they could have maintenance move the TV in the living room to the bedroom they said they would. That never got done. Front desk staff Thursday and Friday evening extremely unhelpful and bad attitude. Would not recommend this hotel. There are other hotels nearby.
