The Stepwell Hotel

Limpíssimo, muito bonito, localização especial, atendimento impecável. Único pequeno ponto negativo: cobrar 450 rúpias por uma água com gás é excessivo. Acabamos não usando o restaurante por isso.

I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as advertized, and I was asked to cross the street and go to another property for bkfst and lunch, which I didn't do of course. The terrace restaurant is open only for dinner, but honestly it was super hot to sit and enjoy dinner over there... so again, all my meals were room serviced to me. The spa wasn't on-site either, as advertised, so I had to go to a sister hotel to have a massage. The elevator is the smallest elevator I have ever seen, big enough for 2 people only. However, the staff was very nice, supportive and helpful, so they made my stay a bit more comfortable.

Amazing location in the center of town.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff was very kind. The breakfast at their Cafe overlooking the Stepwell was a highlight each day.

Immaculate, great staff and excellent location. The restaurant area was my favourite place in Jodhpur
