Great cottage in a great location! Stayed for my wife's 40th, as she just wanted to get away and spend some time with her family exploring around the area, Hadrian's Wall, Cragside and the Lake District. This cottage was perfectly situated to visit all three, and we had a great time! Only downside was it was cloudy every night, so we didn't get to do a bit of star gazing, which this area is known for. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage over Christmas. The cottage is great, very cosy and comfortable with everything you could need. The pictures don’t do it justice! We saw some reviews that mentioned the hot tub not being private etc. this is definitely not the case and is in a secluded spot behind the house.
