Cottage with garden | River view

Overall it was clean and plenty of rooms for family members to have their own space. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi did not work at all and with 4 young people in the house that was a big factor. The smaller TV didn’t work as the aerial was missing - this was replaced by the owner. We were unable to play a DVD on the main TV due to a missing cable but we made the best of it as one of our party sorted it out. Some of the doors don’t fit which meant the bathroom and toilet doors had a gap with only a hook and eye as a lock. Dog owners be aware there is no perimeter fence to the property. The owner was as helpful as you can be when you are in France. We all need a holiday but I feel when you rent a home out you should at least have someone locally who can sort out problems.
