Everything was nice, but the unit’s floor was not clean. We had to clean it ourselves 😔

It\'s a beautiful facility, and the Olympic sized pool is amazing, but our check in was marred because the E-lock on the room door didn\'t work. After a couple of rounds over an hour we were given an actual key which worked from the outside, but we couldn\'t lock from inside. More seriously the kitchen let alone the server have no idea what is "gluten free". The chef was "too busy" to come talk to my wife (who has Celiac Disease) so we sent in a detailed written note. Even so, there must have been some cross-contamination or hidden agreement and she was up most of the night with diarrhea. In the morning we were surprised that the prepaid room charge didn\'t include breakfast, which is usually included at Namibian resorts. The reservation didn\'t mention breakfast at all - it would be better to say clearly "Breakfast not included". We won\'t be going back.

Great place to go and rest.. Olympic sized swimming pool that is in great condition.. All in all great place to visit
