Aufenthalt für 3 Nächte

Horrible à fuir ! Hôtel dans un état pitoyable, piscine inaccessible, moisissure dans les chambre, salle de bain sans eaux chaude, jardin à l’abandon, pas de double vitrage donc vous dormez la tête dans l’ autoroute (et au Philippines y’a pas d’indice sonore sur les véhicules…) hôte d’accueil qui n’aide pas vraiment à faire des activités. Petit dej infâme et pas d’option de dîner sauf au restaurant à côté ou il faut longer l’autoroute à pied pour s’y rendre. Et la goute d’eau quand on prévient Hôtel.com il ne font rien et on perd notre argent…

While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right in front of the glass doors (main door) to the room so you can not expect much privacy or quiet if there's guests around. Breakfast was amazing and so was the setup, kudos to that!
