Cons: -door had large gap that let knats in. - large window next to door would not lock. -no bath spigot and drain would not seal. -Tv did not work entire week. -spotty wifi that did not work 3/4 of time. - people walking around the area that i swear i could have asked for drugs. - wife and daughter did not feel safe there. - could not use the laundry mat on premises from 10:00-4:00 because that was when housekeeping used it. - landlord special on the walls and trim, just slap another coat of paint on it. Pro: pool - gas station next door had a good selection. Wish i could attach pictures

Cute, roomy apartments with a pool and close to the intracoastal and downtown Jensen Beach. Lots of restaurants and little shops.

The internet is terrible, the tv in the bedroom would constantly go out. At one point we did not have water and there was no warning beforehand that water would be turned off. Other then that it was nice and it was clean, no bugs. The pool was nice always warm. If not for the internet issues we would stay again.

For the price, I was kind of scared to book a room. I am so glad I did. Room or should I say apartment was perfect. Clean. Comfortable. Everyone I met staying there was beyond friendly. I do wish the pool was open later or not closed at all but I understand liability issues come into play. Anytime I texted the company about anything, I was answered promptly. We did experience an electrical outage in the area of no fault of the property owners. They communicated essential details to us. Awesome place. Going back next weekend!!

The place was over the top clean. Pool water was pristine. On site management (Susie) could not do enough in a special circumstance that required quick attention.

While the complex itself is older, the apartment has been updated and was very comfortable. The furnishings and appliances are new and we had everything we needed. The pool is nice and well kept and there is also an outdoor area with tables and chairs where you can relax. I would stay here again!

The unit had everything you need for a comfortable Stay. There is not enough bath towels since you have to launder your own. There needs to be an extra lock on the door. I did request a first floor room since i just had knee surgery, i dod not receive one. The outside of the apartments are dirty. Its in a sketchy area of town. Got to listen to an argument between what i assumed were long-term residents. They do have security cameras in the outside but i still didnt feel safe. Parking lot was not well lit. Curtains dont cover windows in living area. No directions how to operate television, which had multiple services, but no regular local channels. I guess you get what you paid for at the lower prices. Pool is NOT heated.

The property was nice overall. However, even thought the room we had was a "smoke-free" room, you could still smell smoke. After leaving and getting home, all of our things still smelled of smoke. This was disappointing.

The unit we stayed in was the cleanest I have ever seen-impressive. It was well supplied with toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for our 5 day stay. The place had been updated nicely with nice furnishings. My only complaints are that the coffee maker was tiny with those tiny pods that you can't buy in the store and there was enough for only a day or two. Should be a full size coffee maker-in my opinion. Biggest complaint was the the smell of smoke was overwhelming and no escape and nothing you could do about it. We kept our place closed due to the person next door smoking on the porch 2 feet from our door, but the smell I believe was coming in through the vents, because it got a little better in the night, but worse when the other tenants woke up in the morning. The place had a candle, 2 electric table top air cleaners, an oil diffuser with oils and some plug in scent dispensers. They must have been aware of the problem and the cleaner lady said "yeah, we've had problems with that" (smell). I had to rewash all my clothes when I got home and everywhere I went I smelled like cigarettes and we don't smoke. I found it to be annoying and unpleasant. If you do smoke this is a wonderful place to visit-5 stars. If you don't smoke this is a NOT so wonderful place to stay-3 stars.

Cleanliness of the entire apartment & property ❤️‍🔥

It was okay. It was pretty clean. The room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled like cigarettes. I was offered air fresheners but no one ever brought some. The pull out couch was also very uncomfortable. We had booked for 3 people with one bed and a pullout couch so we had to use it. We also had an issue with noise at night until 1am the first night we were there. I had sent a message because there were no extra pillow cases for the pillows for the couch and the day we were leaving, we found them under the bed. There was also only one blanket.

Room a little dirty when we checked in, there was hair and dust all over the sheets and pillowcases.

The inside of rental was nice and the area around the building was great. The location was great to shops, restaurants, and the water. Property was quiet and pretty. Did not like the smell of cigarette smoke in rental. Made throat hurt. The light switches on remote are hooked up to other rentals so when they turn them on and off in ofher rooms the switches make the room lights go on. Lights go on and off all day and night. Makes it hard to sleep. The internet that is hooked up to the tv goes in and out so you have to reconnect to internet over and over.

Just if the beaten path of the village of Jensen Beach this property was ideally located. The communication with the River watch staff was fantastic! The apartment was just the right size for my family if there. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. The only downside was that there were a lot of other guests/residents that smoked cigarettes and weed, and the smell of that came right through into our apartment and it was pretty gross and aggravated my daughter's asthma. So the only thing that could make that better is if it was a non smoking property.

Great apartment! We stayed for a week and it was quiet and comfortable! The smart tv was great for night time entertainment and the provided wifi worked great so i could do my homework!

The apartment a great although the bathroom and kitchen could use a little TLC and upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. The problems i had were with the internet, it was awful. The cable in the bedroom did not work due to the poor connection. I could only watch the TV in the living room. Also the ceiling fans/ lights in the bedroom and living room turn on and off randomly. They are remote controlled which is nice but creepy to have the light turn on while sleeping and the ceiling fan to come on full blast 😅..Besides that happening i Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

The apartment was a little warm and musty, when we first entered. But, maybe this is the norm, in FL? Everything, with the exception of the bedroom windows, looked new, clean, and orderly. Kitchen was very well stocked, except for a cutting board and a dish drying rack. Pots and pans were in good shape. The biggest problem was almost non-existent WiFi - very slow, and in and out a lot. Overall, we were well pleased.

The lights in the bedroom and living room are somehow connected and both kept turning on and off when we tried to control the one. Instructions for that would have been nice to have. The location suited us well, and we had pretty much everything we could have wanted in this well organised apartment.

All was quite welcoming and clean. The only issue I had was the ceiling fan and light kept coming on throughout the night. Assuming that the next door neighbor had the same remote and we probably fought over our fan control with the same frequency. I finally after several attempts to turn off the light had to trip the main breaker.

Everything was good except 2 small things. It was super rainy and the gutter outside our bedroom window was extremely noisy. And the fan that incorporated the ceiling light in the bedroom kept turning on all by itself. All night long. The first night we got no sleep. The next 2 nights we had to flick the breaker before going to bed so it would not happen again. The same fan/light was in the living room so every time you turned off one light, the other came on and vice versa. It was a nightmare.

Overall, a good deal. Mattress could have been turned or replaced, very hard.

This was a cute little apartment with everything that we needed for a week long stay. The only negative was occasional spotty internet, which affected TV watching sometimes. We were close to the beach and there’s a gas station in walking distance for snack runs. The property was cute and well-maintained.

If I could provide a zero star review I would. I booked this location through Expedia and on the day of check-in I parked in the parking lot. They have no office on the premises nor any person there to provide check-in. Looking closer at the booking on Expedia in the fine print there was a note about checking in 24 hours early (which I missed). They had a phone number to contact the property so I called it and got no response. In the voicemail it said to text. So I text the property. No response. Sat in the parking lot for almost two hours while I waited. Contacted Expedia and their agent tried to contact the property as well with no response. After and hour I finally got a response through text. The person asked what day was my check-in which I had clearly said in the text before and even said I was sitting in their parking lot. They said "Let me look at the reservation" and that was the end of any contact. They never responded. I put a ticket in with Expedia to get a refund and left the property to get a different hotel. Now Expedia says they put a request in with the property to get a refund but they say the property "has denied my request" So basically this property stole my money. DO NOT STAY HERE

When we arrived, there was a little glitch, I made the reservations in my name, Donna, however I used my husband's credit card for the Security Deposit, therefore we were not given a code for the door. The Property Manager was very helpful and told us that she did see that we had a reservation. Since it was raining hard, she allowed us to go into the unit but said that we should contact the listing agent. Once I received a message about the credit card and used mine, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay and is looking forward to staying there again. Location and accommodations were great!

This is owned by a property management company that does no managing. Our electronic lock did not work after we got into the apartment and we were unable to lock the door when we left for the day. I notified them twice about the issue and received assurance that it would be fixed and each day we returned to an unlocked door that was not fixed. Yes, the price is right, but is at the cost of your safety.

Our stay in Riverside apartments property was amazing. On-site staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. When needing assistance to extend our stay and a little fluke with our code the last night, they responded and fixed the issue really fast. They were truly available 24/7. Will stay here again!

Inside apartment was very clean and bright. But, while it's not IN the ghetto, it's very close. Sketchy people, like the drunk who approached by wife in the parking lot, made us feel unsafe. Sheriff's squad cars in parking lot one morning around 8:00 am with a suspect in cuffs. WIFI had to be reset on our devices at least twice daily, and sometimes more often. Very inconvenient. We will not be back. I would never think of taking children here.

Everything!! Ease in booking, notification of needed documents since this is a non-front desk or management office on the premises. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. This will be my stay to place every time I'm in the area.
