TUDO PERFEITO, COMUNICAÇÃO COM TODOS OS ATENDENTES MUITO EFICIENTE NÃO DEIXANDO NENHUMA DÚVIDA. A ÚNICA OBSERVAÇÃO QUE TENHO A FAZER É COM RELAÇÃO AOS UTENSÍLIOS DE COZINHA QUE ESTAVAM MUITO MAL LAVADOS. TALVEZ PORQUE EXISTA UMA ORIENTAÇÃO PARA O HÓSPEDE CUIDAR DA LAVAGEM DA LOUÇA E NÃO OCORRA UMA CHECAGEM POR PARTE DO ANFITRIÃO PARA VER SE REALMENTE ESTAVA BEM LAVADA. TIVE QUE REVISAR TODOS OS UTENSÍLIOS E TINHA ATÉ FRIGIDEIRA GUARDADA NA GAVETA COM ÓLEO DENTRO.

Tudo foi perfeito, exceto o fato de nao ter elevador que já estava indicado no anúncio mas eu não me atentei. Mas com a ajuda do pessoal da propriedade tudo foi resolvido.

It's worth staying here. It's peaceful, clean, safe, and the rooms are very nice. I could live here. Highly recommended.

Place is getting run down and people are out smoking and drinking outside of the apartments that people live in and they not happy with the people that are just there for the rental/weekend.

The apartment was clean and modestly furnished. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. Decent towels and bed linens but no kitchen towels. Pool towels are furnished with unit. There is a coin-operated laundry on site if you need to do laundry. The place was quiet and okay if you're looking for a budget rental for a weekend in Jensen Beach. This is an older apartment complex with short and long term rentals. The check in process was not good. Not sure why I had to fill out a separate registration form and supply a copy of my driver's license, a selfie and fill out my credit card information AFTER completing the Expedia booking. There was no privacy policy so I don't know what they are doing with my information or how they are storing it or protecting it. (If you spell "local" as "lowkl", then you probably don't know anything about cybersecurity and data breaches.) The day of my stay, I was still waiting to receive check in information. I contacted them while traveling and was told via email that the photo that I sent in with my registration form TWO WEEKS PRIOR wasn't good enough. No one bothered to tell me that when I sent in my form previously. I took the selfie as asked. Still no communication. At 4 pm, I called the office and was put on hold with really awful reverberating music until someone on speaker phone gave me the unit number and key code. Other than the bumps dealing with the property management office, our stay was okay.
