The house is in reasonable condition but could be improved by-BBQ- needs a thorough clean as was very slow, blocked gas lines?Fridge door does not close properlyBlinds broken in double bedroomsMattress in second double bedroom needs replacing due to middle dip.Bedside lamps in all bedrooms needed.Dishwasher needs servicing
