Mango Resort Okinawa Chatan

全体的にはとても綺麗で食器も料金内で申し分ないと思いました。駐車料金も宿泊の料金を思えば許容範囲。 ただ長期宿泊を想定して洗濯機があるのに、乾燥機は故障で使用不可(全室とのこと)使用はしていませんが、スイッチ押したら動いたので、本当は使えそう。使用できないなりに、ハンガーやハンガーラックなど、洗濯物を干す場所を作って欲しいです。クローゼットは布団が入っているとのことで、鍵がかかっていて開けられず。これからの時期、上着などかける場所もないので、この点を改善していただけたら、今後も出張での際は利用したいと思いました。 あと、上階が海外の人なのか夜中に歌声や、歩き回る音が激しくて、鉄筋でもこんなにうるさいのかと思いました。 立地的には住宅街で静かですきだったので、料金なりの民度の宿泊者がいることは考えないといけないなと勉強になりました。

乾燥機故障してたので不便でした 最初の２泊は隣や廊下での音がうるさかったですよ〜

Check in was easy. The room was clean. Overall, for the money, it was average and a little bit overpriced. The TV is from the 90s and it’s so small. Finally, one of the reasons I picked this room was because I had a washer and dryer. In the dryer had a big sign on it that said broken do not use. Kind of disappointing if I don’t have to stay there again I won’t.

Location was good. A lot of restaurants to eat out, and seaway is nearby. But there was not closet or drawers at all. No place to hang anything so live out of your suitcases!. It was nice having washing machine but no working dryer had to use coin laundry nearby and no fresh towels. There is small but functional kitchen to use that was good

I liked how convenient the property was. It was easy to check in and check out. The dryer wasn’t working, but it’s okay. The elevator was not in service when it was time to check out, but the owner let us stay longer in the room until the elevator was fixed. Overall great stay! Great location.

クロゼットに鍵をかけるホテル初めてみた。。。 ハンガーがなく、乾燥機も故障で使えない、他の方はどうやって洗濯物を干すの？タオルぐらいしか干せなかった。。。 部屋は広かった、不満はなかったです。 チェックインをビデオ電話で連絡するのも初めてでした、DX時代でいいと思いますよ、多少不便はあるけど(歯ブラシが足らない時頼めません。 全体的言うとよくもわるくもありません。

Room has ants, dryer was out of service, missing kitchen items: small pot (had a lid for one), spatula, rice spatula - they did have a nice rice cooker though, had an ice bin in the freezer but no ice tray to make ice with). Request for a parking spot submitted through Expedia not answered. Did receive assistance at checkin to get a spot (via video chat), parking is a tight fit. A decent budget stay if dont mind ants and tight parking.

北谷中心に旅行するには場所がとても便利で良かった。シングルベッド 2台およびシングル布団2組と記載があり、全部で4人分の寝具があると理解していたが、布団2組はシングルベッド2台にセットしてあるので実質シングルベッド2台のみとなる。4人でシングルベッド2台は辛すぎたので紛らわしい記載はやめてほしかった。タオルも人数分無く追加のお願いをしたが貰えず購入した。クローゼットと乾燥機は使用不可、洗濯物を干せるスペースもごく僅か。駐車場は決まった場所に停めるよう案内があったが毎回他の車が止まっていて結局空いている場所に止めるのでその案内は必要無いと感じた。総合して数日間過ごすにはストレスが大きすぎた。

這間旅館是自助check in。 Check in時會進行視象通話，如有駕車前來請在此時告知並將金錢放在門外的橙色信箱內。 房間電源位不多，如你們多電子產品建議自備插頭。 我入住的房間不幸地凍箱會發出嘈雜聲需要閉掉才可入睡。 房間空間感很好及價錢優惠。

The proper was clean and quiet, so that is important for me. They do not replenish any of the toilet papers, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, etc.... so be prepared to do that. I asked for some and they did not respond...which is why it was a 4-star. All other communication was good. The parking was a bit tight if the neighboring property guests had larger cars... but as long as you are comfortable backing in from the street, you are fine. The reason why I gave it a 4-star for cleanliness is because they had unused futons in the closet floor with a hand written sign saying "not for customer use".... ...we had to move it... and it turned out to be soiled futons, with blood and other stains all over it. At least the property owners should have them moved to an office space; as that is not something guests want to find in their living space. All in all... it was worth the cost, for location, and it being quiet and safe place to be.

キッチン下の棚にゴミの片付け忘れ？があったのとシーツのシミが気になった。 それ以外は特に不快はなく快適に過ごせました。

宿泊前からとても気持ち良いご対応をして頂きました。 どんな質問にも丁寧にわかりやすくご返答下さり助かりました。 お部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。

DO NOT stay at this property. First, there is not a check in desk. When you get there, you have to call a phone line and someone walks you through check in. There is no one there in person. Trying to get to the room, the elevator was so small that we could not fit together with our luggage. We get to the room and it was TINY. There are no outlets in the “bedroom” to plug in a phone charger or more importantly, my husband’s medical equipment and there is no night stand. This room stated that it sleeps 4 people with 2 twin beds and 2 futons but that is not true. The 2 futons are pads on the floor, which is traditional for Japan but there is NO space in the living area to fit them. The couch was small, filthy, with holes. The bedding looks like some mismatched stuff you pulled from your grandmother’s closet and the pillows were beyond thin. When you go to the closet to get more pillows you will find dirty, with what appeared to be blood stained, pillows. The washer and dryer in the room is out of order and after reviewing the photos online you can see this in one of the pictures but apparently they have not gotten around to fixing this and still advertising as working washer and dryer in room. We left immediately and went to a Hilton. If you think since you are checking out you will get your money back, you would be wrong! The property management refused to give us any money back. If you think Expedia as a major company will help protect you, again you would be wrong!

搭載されている部屋の写真と実際の部屋の違いにビックリした。壁掛けの大きいテレビだと思ったら 置き型の20V型ほどの小さいテレビ。 画面は汚く、中側が汚れているせいで画面は見づらい、音量も最大にしても小さい クローゼットも使用禁止。ガス乾燥機は故障中。ハンガー1つもありません。 ウキウキしながらチェックインしたのに、部屋の中に入った瞬間、ガッカリ感が強く残念すぎました。 バスタオルも、1つは身体を拭けば埃？髪の毛？がいっぱい着いて最悪だった。 ホテル選びに失敗した。としか思えなかった 口コミを見ていて良かっただけに、とても残念すぎました。

The rooms were dirty, the in room dryer was out of order, strong sewer smell coming through the drain.

Old soiled futon bed and blankets in bottom of closet. ______________ Bed mattress was horribly indented in the middle. ______________ "Bath towel" was like a cover of some sort and did not absorb water well, and other hand towel looked like a used cleaning towel. Bathroom door was stuck and rubs against the wall frame too much.

ベッド以外の人用の敷き布団が薄くて腰が痛かったのでもう1枚下に敷くものがあればいいなーと思いました。 それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 次はファミリールームに泊まってみたいです。 ありがとうございました。

The tatami and pillows were super thin that makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. Place is certainly too cramp for 3 adults. The electric kettle, dryer and tv was not working, while the socket points were in weird locations in the room that makes it hard to charge devices. We had to pay for parking although renting the apartment. Location not too bad.

住宿都0K其中一個問題係三個人住宿其中一位要瞓地下 1)這張日式床墊太太太太超薄 2)枕頭超级軟 3)夜晚聽到其他住客嘈雜聲 4)應該要有床架不要瞓日式床墊 好令到人難以入睡覺 我2019年有租過五人又係兩張雙人床加一張日式地墊我覺得房間好狹窄 建議希望改善問題

３名1部屋　デラックスツイン3泊 ベッドの他にペラペラの敷布団1組 結局敷かずに2人1つのベッドで寝ました ペラペラの低い枕で他で購入したバスタオルを巻きました。 セルフチェックインは特に問題なくスムーズでした 駐車場はちょっと狭いです。 バスルーム、トイレ、洗面台、洗濯機が1部屋で トイレを使うと中に入れないのが大変でした。 ベッドのところにコンセントがあるといいなと思いました。 洗濯干すのに少々工夫が必要です。 いろいろ書きましたがこの料金なら総合的には大変満足です。 立地もとてもよかったです。 いい旅行になりました。

Good location. TV didn’t work and charging outlet was loose . Checking in took a minute since you have to video verify

Room was not as described. Definitely not like the pictures posted. I did not stay there during my time. They refused to refund me even when asked nicely. Horrible staff.

宿泊前からとても気持ち良いご対応をして頂きました。 どんな質問にも丁寧にわかりやすくご返答下さり助かりました。 お部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。

Mango resort staff have terrible response times & not to mention the power randomly went out and they did not bother to check on any of the units once power was restored. Resulting in me having to bath myself & my child in almost ice cold water due to the water heater not being reset for 4 days. I emailed them about the problem & got 0 response. It took having to use the phone downstairs for him to come and even after fixing the issue barely any apology. On the last day I ended up having an emergency and requested a late check out while I handle the issue amongst trying to switch hotels and was told that I would have to pay 1000¥ extra for just 1 hour. Which is standard but not after the inconvenience of having to take military style showers with a 2 year old for several days. I was told I would not be refunded anything for the inconvenience and that I would need to check out by 10am to avoid any extra charges. The room also lacked basic kitchen ware like knife, cutlery, and had a swiffer but no cleaning materials to pair with it. The only plus was that it has a full washer & dryer in the unit which made for quick and easy washing of clothes. It’s overall in a great neighborhood as well. Close to schools, dining, & conbini/grocery store. Fantastic area, terrible hotel with awful service. It appears the gentleman running the establishment works alone and could use more staff but is too cheap to hire anyone and refuses to accommodate for his shortcomings. Stay elsewhere

予約時チェックインが15時～で23時を過ぎるときは電話をとなっていたが、チェックイン当日、チェックインは19時までとSMSで連絡が入った。 いい加減な対応だ。

アメリカンビレッジにも近くロケーションはとても良い。 チェックインも問題無くスムーズに入れた。 室内も綺麗。また泊まりたい。 ただ布団でフローリングに寝るのは体が痛いので2人までをおすすめします。 パーキングはすごく狭いので小さめのレンタカーが良いです。

フロントの対応が早くて良かったです。

Really nice but why we need to give all our passport’s and you knew passport is sensitive this is our personal stuff. The person set our booking it’s already given the info . That’s all we don’t like

Ubers/taxi had easy time at night getting to the hotel.

アメリカンビレッジまでは歩いて行くことができる中では価格的に安いホテルだと思います。ただ少し遠いかな。

沖縄出張の際に利用させていただきました。 一人暮らしアパートサイズのお部屋で、 夜に帰って寝るだけの僕には十分なお部屋でした。 北谷エリアも近くて便利ですし、買い物も不自由なく、 駐車場もお借りできたので快適に過ごせました。 また利用させていただきます！

周りがうるさくなくて安心して寝れた

Walking distance to the harbourfront, quiet environment, ok good facilities and reasonable price.

値段も安く、アメリカンビレッジも近くとても良かった。

この値段でここに泊まられるのは魅力的。 アメリカンビレッジやコザも近いし、那覇にも行きやすい。 多少設備に不具合があっても、値段を考えれば文句なし！ 次回もお願いします。

Relatively close to the coast; quiet local residential area; acceptable walking distance to American Village, supermarkets and restaurants.

Location was good. A lot of restaurants to eat out, and seaway is nearby. But there was not closet or drawers at all. No place to hang anything so live out of your suitcases!. 少し早く到着したのですが、バス移動と荷物もあり、親切に対応頂き助かりました。周辺にはカフェや食堂もあり楽しいバカンスになりました。

値段も安く、アメリカンビレッジも近くとても良かった。

無人なのでイレギュラーなことがあると対応が遅かったり不便だったりする。ご飯等もついてない宿泊先だが、近くにスーパーや歩いて0分のアメリカンビレッジがあったりするのでアクセスはいいと思う。

The internet wasnt the fastest but it was consistent and never went out randomly. Right next to some quality restaurants but a bit far for walking to the main areas.

備品などすぐに持ってきてくださり助かりました。キッチンがありましたが調理器具が少なく（お箸がない、コップが足りないなど）もっと充実すると良いと思いました。
