We wilden het oude Bergamo een keer bekijken en kozen voor verblijf in dit Relais. Ligt mooi op de berg met mooi uitzicht ovrr Bergamo. Het Relais is prachtig verbouwd met veel aandacht voor details. Mooie groenvoorziening. De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het restaurant is uitstekend. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.

Dette sted er helt utrolig fint, men viktig at man studerer veien til hotellet. Kommer du med bil har hotellet egen garasjeplass til ca 6 biler, utsikten fra deres terrasse er helt uslåelig, vi spiste i byen, men skulle nok ha spist på hotellet eller spisestedet rett nedenfor, morgenmaten var helt utrolig, denne er a la carte! Magisk! Hvis jeg skal til Bergamo igjen skal jeg bo her igjen, basta !

Ein schwer zu erreichendes Hotel, das einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bergamo bietet. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich Unterstützung beim Gepäcktransfer zum Zimmer erwartet. Vom öffentlichen Parkplatz ist der Eingang über eine längere Treppe zu erreichen oder über die Hotelgarage, deren Eingang ein Stück entfernt ist. Auf Grund der äußerst engen Einfahrt ist die Nutzung der Garage ein gewisses Risiko. Hat man die Rezeption erreicht, ist der Aufenthalt ein Genuss.

Ein schwer zu erreichendes Hotel, das einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bergamo bietet. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich Unterstützung beim Gepäcktransfer zum Zimmer erwartet. This was an amazing hotel. Getting there is a little tricky - best to have a small car. They have a parking garage that is worth using. Breakfast is amazing. Views are incredible. We booked a walking tour in old town through Viator and it was well worth it as he took us to views and site we never would have seen.

The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Similarly, the experience we had at their restaurant, the Cucina was Michelin star like. Superior service, great food and wine! The room was large, very good bed and lovely bathroom. I would go back for sure.

We are 4 old school chums, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was a treat, the main restaurant created the most delicious food. We are sad to leave after a super week's pampering. Outdoors had wonderful spaces to sit and view Bergamo below and Milan in the distance, plus the beautiful surrounding countryside and hills

Spotless, quiet, and magical. I felt comfortable and safe as a single traveler. It was a little difficult to get to if you have mobility issues and be aware it is all stairs if you have large luggage. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel über den Dächern von Bergamo. Die Zimmer sehr schön und das Bad super. Der Garten ein Traum mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Es gibt nur einen Punkt, die Bahn die nach ganz oben führt fährt am Abend wie sie will. Bei uns nur bis 20.00 Uhr. . Es ist sehr steil bis zum Hotel zu Fuss.

La suite in cui ho alloggiato aveva la camera al piano superiore in un ballatoio Le scale sono ripide e probabilmente l’ultimo gradino in basso non è a norma La parte sotto , il salottino , non ha un televisore come invece ho trovato in tutte le suite che ho abitato Servizio eccellente professionale e gradevole nei modi Esperienza ripetibile cambiando stanza

An exceptional hotel, the all-round experience could not be faulted. All of the staff were incredible, they couldn’t have been more accommodating throughout our stay. Arriving late on the first night, having not eaten, we were presented with a great array of snacks to go with our drinks from the bar, the perfect welcome and it set the tone. Breakfast service was extremely efficient, great options, everything delicious. Late night drinks (local) by the roaring fire were a treat. It was a wrench to leave and we hope to return soon.

An exceptional hotel, the all-round experience could not be faulted. All of the staff were incredible, they couldn’t have been more accommodating throughout our stay. Arriving late on the first night, having not eaten, we were presented with a great array of snacks to go with our drinks from the bar, the perfect welcome and it set the tone. Spotless, quiet, and magical. I felt comfortable and safe as a single traveler. It was a little difficult to get to if you have mobility issues and be aware it is all stairs if you have large luggage. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious!

Dette sted er helt utrolig fint, men viktig at man studerer veien til hotellet. Kommer du med bil har hotellet egen garasjeplass til ca 6 biler, utsikten fra deres terrasse er helt uslåelig, vi spiste i byen, men skulle nok ha spist på hotellet eller spisestedet rett nedenfor, morgenmaten var helt utrolig, denne er a la carte! Magisk! Hvis jeg skal til Bergamo igjen skal jeg bo her igjen, basta !

Ein schwer zu erreichendes Hotel, das einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bergamo bietet. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich Unterstützung beim Gepäcktransfer zum Zimmer erwartet. Vom öffentlichen Parkplatz ist der Eingang über eine längere Treppe zu erreichen oder über die Hotelgarage, deren Eingang ein Stück entfernt ist. Auf Grund der äußerst engen Einfahrt ist die Nutzung der Garage ein gewisses Risiko. Hat man die Rezeption erreicht, ist der Aufenthalt ein Genuss.

This was an amazing hotel. Getting there is a little tricky - best to have a small car. They have a parking garage that is worth using. Breakfast is amazing. Views are incredible. We booked a walking tour in old town through Viator and it was well worth it as he took us to views and site we never would have seen.

We wilden het oude Bergamo een keer bekijken en kozen voor verblijf in dit Relais. Ligt mooi op de berg met mooi uitzicht ovrr Bergamo. Het Relais is prachtig verbouwd met veel aandacht voor details. Mooie groenvoorziening. De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het restaurant is uitstekend. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.

The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Similarly, the experience we had at their restaurant, the Cucina was Michelin star like. Superior service, great food and wine! The room was large, very good bed and lovely bathroom. I would go back for sure.

I will definitely return to spend more time in this beautifully maintained, hill topped castle. The renovation into a hotel was done in a manner to conserve history into a very chic clean modern style. The staff was charming. Then… there is the view!

Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.
