Unfortunately, we were so disappointed in this hotel that we left early. It was incredibly inconvenient to get into Split and difficult to drive to. Amenities listed were non functional, lower quality than anticipated, or not working at all (television that staff admitted hadn’t worked in over a year, spa employees not on site, no proper lunch restaurant).

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful from the cleaning staff through to reception. We loved the sea view and whilst not large the pool was very pleasant as was the area around it. The rooms were comfortable and clean and nicely furnished. The negative is that the hotel is on top of a large hill which really should be highlighted on the hotel details. We walked miles going to and from town. So unless you are happy to get taxis everywhere you will need to be prepared. Regards hotel facilities the sauna and steam room were out of action which is a shame. The hotel has a bar but closed at 9pm which is early. Overall we had a lovely holiday amd very much enjoyed lovely Split and a comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel, v comfortable and clean. Pool area on the small side for 60 guests, felt quite crowded and noisy, and not enough loungers but maybe because there was a large group of young adults there. The room was spacious, beds v comfy and carpeted floors and the air con was fantastic. Breakfast was inside, no room outside, and I felt a little on the minimal side, you had to get down early to get any eggs and sausage and cakes were cut up into small portions. The patio doors are a danger, they were closed but looked open, and I walked straight into the glass hurting my head, another guest had done the same the day previously. Staff were kind and got me some ice, but a bit worrisome certainly for small children. Location wasn’t too bad, we had a lovely sea view from our balcony, elevated position helped. It was a 20-30 min walk into the town, uphill on the way home and neighbourhood wasn’t quite what I expected for a 4 star hotel, housing estates and lots of graffiti. We did find a better walk into town on the last day. Overall it was a good base for 2-3 days exploring of Split, staff were kind and attentive, and room was v comfy, wouldn’t recommend to those who want a pool based holiday.

This hotel was exactly what we expected. Walking distance into town and a little uphill on the way back. The facilities were good and the staff were all really helpful. Limited dinner menu but the food we did have was good - I think the restaurant is still work in progress and the gym had no working aircon. We had a great sea view balcony room although the carpet had a few stains on it, great bathroom, great temp control. The lady serving down by the pool was wonderful and so helpful! Breakfast was good too. Good value for money with the package we had!

Nice hotel but service was really lacking - no staff by the pool bar, no staff by the pool bar even for happy hour. We got old towels with holes in them by the pool Breakfast and rooms were good but room for improvement on the service side Restaurant and bar at the hotel was not open Location quiet and peaceful but the uphill walk from the city to the hotel is quite hard - we walked to the city and took an Uber home

I stayed here for 5 nights with my teenaged son. Positives were that the room was spotless and spacious. Staff were ok but not exactly forthcoming. Both indoor and outdoor pools are tiny. The indoor pool was freezing and I never saw anyone in it. In fact the whole ‘spa’ section of the hotel was basically non existent and never used as far I was aware. The gym was a tiny room with very limited equipment- I have more in my garage back home. This was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons that we chose the hotel. Breakfast was fine but very basic. The hotel is in a nice quiet location surrounded by pine trees. However it is a challenging 25min walk out of town and up a very steep hill. Taxis are expensive. The hotel and its facilities looked much better on the website and on the whole we were pretty disappointed with the accommodation. A shame because Split is a wonderful town to visit.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view from our balcony room was stunning, and the room itself was very nice. However a few things came to us as a surprise during our stay and were frusrating. First, i did not get the room i booked through expedia. I booked a 1 king+sofa bed, and they gave a room with only 1 king bed, saying the sofa bed are reserved for parties of 3 or more. This rule was never stated anywhere, and i booked a room with a sofa bed. As well my mom came with me on this trip, only my name was on the reservation, and they said they charge an extra 25euros per night per extra guest. That seemed ridiculous, thankfully the staff were kind enough to waive this fee. As well, the AC in our room was broken the first 2 nights, but was fixed. We have 4 keycards die on us through the trip and constantly had to be going to the desk to re issue our key cards. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to old town split, and the hotel itself is on a hill. There are no dining options close by. We wanted to order from the pool menu one night, only to be told the pool menu closes at 6pm, this was not posted anywhere, so with no dining options nearby we had to eat from the hotel buffett which was 35euro p/p for standard, limited option food. We also wanted to go for a night swim, only to be told the pool closes at 7pm, which is also not posted anywhere. There were just lots of ruled we were for informed about, but the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodatin

This is a lovely hotel with a small spa and both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the view was gorgeous. We'd stay again.

Booked a room with a balcony, which is what we got. Unfortunately, the room was on the second floor, so we had a great view of the solar panels and the shed that they were mounted on. The carpet in our room was badly stained, and the old fashioned furniture in the room took up a lot if space in what was a decent sized room. Rather disappointing. Set against this, the food in the restaurant was very good, although the menu was rather limited.

Une révision du 4 étoiles serait envisageable . En effet nous avons retrouver un soir la chambre non terminée avec le nécessaire à nettoyage dans la chambre et aucun mail de la direction s’excusant. Le personnel de service (restauration et employé de chambre) ne vous disent pas bonjour et sourient très très peu. La piscine ainsi que la salle de sport (3*3 mètres - 3 appareils et climatisation hs) sont infiniment trop petits. Dernière chose : à notre arrivée un petit déjeuner nous a été proposé payant (normal). À notre départ, nous n’avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner (non ouvert), l’hôtel aurait pu ne pas facturer celui de notre arrivée car dans le prix de la nuitée est compris le petit déjeuner mais ils n’ont pas voulu en entendre parler. Comme quoi il n’y a pas de petits profits mêmes avec un 4 étoiles.

The hotel itself is lovely, staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit basic, but the pool is lovely and great location. Everything clean and tidy.

Visited in October and we were extremely lucky with the weather for our whole visit to split. The hotel more than met our requirements and expectations. The hotel was very clean, room very comfortable & bathroom modern & fresh. Breakfast every morning was good & staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very quiet & relaxing however doesn’t get the sun all day due to its location in between the buildings. If we had one minor issue, it was that the pool was extremely cold however you just had to take the plunge and embrace it at the time. Hotel has a nice walk into split old town. It is a steep hill & takes about 20 mins. It is enjoyable on the walk into town however we opted to get an Uber on a few occasions back to the hotel to avoid walking up the steep hill. Ubers were very reasonable & we were advised to avoid flagging down taxis as there are drivers who may try to rip off tourists. Overall a great experience and would consider staying here again if the price was still competitive with other high rated hotels in split.

If we had one minor issue, it was that the pool was extremely cold however you just had to take the plunge and embrace it at the time. Hotel has a nice walk into split old town. It is a steep hill & takes about 20 mins. It is enjoyable on the walk into town however we opted to get an Uber on a few occasions back to the hotel to avoid walking up the steep hill. Ubers were very reasonable & we were advised to avoid flagging down taxis as there are drivers who may try to rip off tourists. Overall a great experience and would consider staying here again if the price was still competitive with other high rated hotels in split.

Lovely hotel, v comfortable and clean. Pool area on the small side for 60 guests, felt quite crowded and noisy, and not enough loungers but maybe because there was a large group of young adults there. The room was spacious, beds v comfy and carpeted floors and the air con was fantastic. Breakfast was inside, no room outside, and I felt a little on the minimal side, you had to get down early to get any eggs and sausage and cakes were cut up into small portions. The patio doors are a danger, they were closed but looked open, and I walked straight into the glass hurting my head, another guest had done the same the day previously. Staff were kind and got me some ice, but a bit worrisome certainly for small children. Location wasn’t too bad, we had a lovely sea view from our balcony, elevated position helped. It was a 20-30 min walk into the town, uphill on the way home and neighbourhood wasn’t quite what I expected for a 4 star hotel, housing estates and lots of graffiti. We did find a better walk into town on the last day. Overall it was a good base for 2-3 days exploring of Split, staff were kind and attentive, and room was v comfy, wouldn’t recommend to those who want a pool based holiday.

Booked a room with a balcony, which is what we got. Unfortunately, the room was on the second floor, so we had a great view of the solar panels and the shed that they were mounted on. The carpet in our room was badly stained, and the old fashioned furniture in the room took up a lot if space in what was a decent sized room. Rather disappointing. Set against this, the food in the restaurant was very good, although the menu was rather limited.

Great stay, we had a very nice room with an awesome view of the Adriatic. 5th floor room and the elevator only went to the 4th floor so 1 floor of stairs with luggage. Overall though a very nice stay.

This hotel was exactly what we expected. Walking distance into town and a little uphill on the way back. The facilities were good and the staff were all really helpful. Limited dinner menu but the food we did have was good - I think the restaurant is still work in progress and the gym had no working aircon. We had a great sea view balcony room although the carpet had a few stains on it, great bathroom, great temp control. The lady serving down by the pool was wonderful and so helpful! Breakfast was good too. Good value for money with the package we had!

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view from our balcony room was stunning, and the room itself was very nice. However a few things came to us as a surprise during our stay and were frusrating. First, i did not get the room i booked through expedia. I booked a 1 king+sofa bed, and they gave a room with only 1 king bed, saying the sofa bed are reserved for parties of 3 or more. This rule was never stated anywhere, and i booked a room with a sofa bed. As well my mom came with me on this trip, only my name was on the reservation, and they said they charge an extra 25euros per night per extra guest. That seemed ridiculous, thankfully the staff were kind enough to waive this fee. As well, the AC in our room was broken the first 2 nights, but was fixed. We have 4 keycards die on us through the trip and constantly had to be going to the desk to re issue our key cards. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to old town split, and the hotel itself is on a hill. There are no dining options close by. We wanted to order from the pool menu one night, only to be told the pool menu closes at 6pm, this was not posted anywhere, so with no dining options nearby we had to eat from the hotel buffett which was 35euro p/p for standard, limited option food. We also wanted to go for a night swim, only to be told the pool closes at 7pm, which is also not posted anywhere. There were just lots of ruled we were for informed about, but the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodatin

Carpet in dire need of replacing but overall room was very nice. Staff was accommodating, but not overly friendly at times. Parking was difficult at peak hours, but overall not bad. Great view of the sea, and breakfast was very good.

The negative is that the hotel is on top of a large hill which really should be highlighted on the hotel details. We walked miles going to and from town. So unless you are happy to get taxis everywhere you will need to be prepared. Regards hotel facilities the sauna and steam room were out of action which is a shame. The hotel has a bar but closed at 9pm which is early. Overall we had a lovely holiday amd very much enjoyed lovely Split and a comfortable stay.

When you first pull up to the property, it’s next to a building that is being renovated so it looks a little not so nice. However, the second you walk in that all changes, the staff is second to none. The room was beautiful spacious and wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic the gym facilities, and fantastic all in all I would stay here again fantastic hotel, fantastic people working there super helpful. That was the best part. The terrace and view was lovely. The room was adequate, a bit on the small size. Our room was on the 4th floor which was actually the 5 th floor from reception. When getting ready to check out, the elevator was being serviced and not operational. My wife and I have back issues and I also have heart condition. When approaching the man working at the front desk, he said he’s just the person people complain to. Finally,we found some staff who were willing to help us carry everything down 5 stories of stairs, This incident turned our stay into being unacceptable!

Nice hotel but service was really lacking - no staff by the pool bar, no staff by the pool bar even for happy hour. We got old towels with holes in them by the pool Breakfast and rooms were good but room for improvement on the service side Restaurant and bar at the hotel was not open Location quiet and peaceful but the uphill walk from the city to the hotel is quite hard - we walked to the city and took an Uber home

This boutique hotel is a gem . It's quietly located on the hill above Split only a 20 minute walk to the old town . We walked down into Split every night and cabbed back which was only 10 euros to return to hotel and well worth it . Breakfast is great and the staff is so accommodating and friendly especially Tena at the front desk who happily answered all our questions . The view from the 4th floor of the adriatic is spectacular . My only regret was that we were not staying longer . The pool in the back of the hotel is a great way to spend a lazy day before venturing into Split .. If you are coming by car there is plently of parking right in front of the hotel . I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I come back to Split . Great hotel and Great staff ! Thanks very much !

Simon and his team at the front desk are first class! My wife and i were very impressed. Their friendliness and customer focused care were very much appreciated. This hotel is also walking distance (1.7 km or just over a mile) to the Riva as well as a gorgeous beach where the waters are crystal clear and cool for a good swil after a walk. Thank you and we highly recommend this hotel.

Ett väldigt bra hotell. Utmärkt service och frukost. Vi bodde tre nätter i ett rymligt rum med balkong. Lugnt område. Det tar ca 20 minuter att gå ner till centrum. Å andra sidan har man en fin liten badstrand bara tio minuter bort. Dessutom pool på hotellet.

Lovely hotel, everything new but in a rather old style, making the pictures of the hotel feel a bit dated. They’re not. The pool is great, the breakfast too. The rooms are comfortable and the AC will cool you down even when it’s a really hot summer’s day outside. Only downside is the location. It’s a 20-25 minute walk downhill to the city centre. The other direction I would advise to grab a cab. Make sure to agree on the taxi price before getting into the vehicle though. Anything more than 15 euro is a scam.

Hotel was lovely but a bit out of the way from town approx 20 mins walk and up some very steep banks. Hotel didn't have the restaurant open for dinner so you had to go into town to eat and that meant getting a taxi backwards and forwards and taxi cost 20 euro each way but Uber cost approximately 5 euro each way. Breakfast was good if you went down early but very little replenishment. Towels in the bathroom were on the small side for a shower. Hotel staff were excellent and room superb magnificent views from balcony and the pool area was a welcome area.

Hotel staff were excellent and room superb magnificent views from balcony and the pool area was a welcome area.

Grote schone kamer, ontbijt was redelijk, 1 keer avondeten wat een warm buffet was (Eur 35,-) maar alles was koud en beperkte keuze. Goed zwembad met handdoeken. Fles wijn en 2 glazen wijn aangeboden door hotel.

I enjoyed my stay! The room was lovely and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends!

This hotel was exactly what we expected. Walking distance into town and a little uphill on the way back. The facilities were good and the staff were all really helpful. Limited dinner menu but the food we did have was good - I think the restaurant is still work in progress and the gym had no working aircon. We had a great sea view balcony room although the carpet had a few stains on it, great bathroom, great temp control. The lady serving down by the pool was wonderful and so helpful! Breakfast was good too. Good value for money with the package we had!

Nice hotel but service was really lacking - no staff by the pool bar, no staff by the pool bar even for happy hour. We got old towels with holes in them by the pool Breakfast and rooms were good but room for improvement on the service side Restaurant and bar at the hotel was not open Location quiet and peaceful but the uphill walk from the city to the hotel is quite hard - we walked to the city and took an Uber home

Really fabulous hotel and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Only small complaint was that if you didn’t get down for the breakfast by 8 the hordes had already decimated it. Really nice breakfast but get in there early!!

Had a great time here. Our shower/tub area would be challenging for someone with hip or joint problems. Had to climb in about 2 1/2 feet high. Otherwise everything else was great. The breakfast allowed us to eat well in the am and not need food until the evening meal.

Staff was great. Friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, quiet. Air conditioning was excellent. Safe did not work when we checked in and because it was Saturday they were unable to fix it until Monday. The second day the fridge stopped working and they replaced it but unfortunately the next one did not work either. This did not affect us but I’m sure it would bother others.

I had a beautiful room with terrace overlooking the Adriatic. It was well cleaned daily and I appreciated the coffee machine for an early morning coffee on the terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and staff worked hard to keep tables cleared and relaid and food offerings constantly refilled.
