Quarto limpo, lance de escada para chegar no elevador, banheiro apenas com banheira (sem chuveiro alto) achei desconfortável

O HOTEL TEM UMA EXCELENTE LOCALIZACAO, QUARTO MUITO BOM, A GRANDE DECEPCAO FOI QUE O CAFE DA MANHA NAO FICA NO HOTEL, ENTAO NOS DERAM UM VAUCHER PARA TOMAR EM OUTRO LUGAR QUE FICAVA A MAIS DE 600 METROS DO HOTEL, E ACABAMOS TENDO QUE COMPRAR EM OUTRO LUGAR, SERIA MELHOR NAO OFERECER O SERVICO OU ENTAO AVISAR.

Lovely quaint hotel positioned just inside the old town and very close to the Riva. Didn’t bother with breakfast as it was expensive and in another hotel. Front of house/ reception staff poor (apart for one). Not interested in guests, often didn’t even look up from phone or computer. Make use of the room safe. Do not leave cash in room.

A great, quirky hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the bus station and transport links. Both the hotel and Split itself were very clean, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The room was great, and the staff was helpful and clear with instructions. I really liked the bed and the room's size. The property is also well renovated, and you can clearly see they are trying to elevate it to a true hotel, not some place that is very money-focused and does not bother working on the property itself.
