We were highly impressed with the property. The condo was clean and comfortable all the way through. We had everything we needed for the stay and had no problems with anything there. The outdoor pool was great and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment

Nice condo location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only negative was the parking . Staying here you are not guaranteed a parking spot. If the lot is full they have overflow parking miles away that you have to pay for. I feel like if you pay this much for a week stay you should at least get a parking spot at the property.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Condo on the beach which made it great for the kids! They also loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Condo is walking distance from Walmart, souvenir shop, Pizza, ice cream, restaurants! The only negative thing I can say about the property is the parking. If you leave after 5pm, you may not have a place when you get back! Overflow paid packing at hotel across the street. The security was as helpful as he could be. There were extra spots available in the owners parking lot that I feel like could have been given to us at 10pm. Especially since we were checking out the next day. Still, overall it was great!

We had a wonderful time in our unit. It was very clean and well equipped. We were a party of 4 (2 couples) and had plenty of room. The check in at the office in Gulf Shores was not very convenient when there is an office 2 min from the unit and a keypad for the lock. The building is older and we had broken elevators more than working elevators, but this is a property issue, not VRBO issue.
We had a wonderful time in our unit. It was very clean and well equipped. We were a party of 4 (2 couples) and had plenty of room. The check in at the office in Gulf Shores was not very convenient when there is an office 2 min from the unit and a keypad for the lock. The condo was fine but there was limited parking. We were issued a parking pass but the first night we were there all the spaces were taken. The security guard told us to park across the street. We did and our car was towed. It took $260 to get it back plus an Uber. HOA has not called back. Not happy.

The condo, location and beach was just right. The parking on the other hand is terrible. There is not enough parking for the people that rent the properties. Monday thru Thursday night you can park at the Fairfield Inn, which is about 3 blocks from the hotel and you have to pay to park. Upon arriving the parking security told me if we got a parking spot we might want to uber everywhere we went. We had kids that ranged from 16-2, plus there was10 of us. Condo would be great but parking kills it.

Great location. Resort was as description on listing but the lack on parking for guests resulted with us paying for parking 3 nights during our 5 nights stay. Also the outdoor pool was closed 4 1/2 days due to repairs. I understand management might not have control over some things but I feel there could’ve been better communication with these issues.

Property was lovely. Lovely pool easy walk to the beach. Good restaurants close by. However the parking was a challenge. Not enough spots for guest. Very frustrating each evening to try and find a spot. We even went to the condo next door and offered to buy a spot for the week, their HOA would not allow. Probably wouldn’t recommend condo during peak season parking situation.

My experience with Brett Robinson‘s company was fantastic so I would highly recommend going through them. However this condo was lacking. It felt dirty and it also was not equipped properly. No extra blankets or pillows, the kitchen utensils were cheap, I completely understand wanting to make the most ROI on an investment property, but I feel like sometimes taking it up a notch will also get you returned customers and happy clients.

Property was great. The yellow bathroom needs maintenance on the shower door and shower head. The inside shower door fell out when attempting to move it and the shower head sprayed water on the outside when we moved up. Not a huge big deal for us. Just want you to be aware. Thank you!

Roomy, good room layout, plenty of seating for entire family, great location. Not quite as clean as I would have liked: mold in the fridge water dispenser and in the master bath tub jets, dust on shelves, balcony needed sweeping (hair and cigarette butts). Property manager (BeachBall) was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our staying, great location and very convenient place on the beach if you have kids. The only suggestion is to tell the cleaning crew that they need to do a better job cleaning the floors. As soon as we got to the condo, our feet were black.

Overall condition and location was as expected. This is the fourth condo I’ve rented in this area and it is on par with the rest of them at this price point. Notes from the stay: Found black mold on master shower head Black mold in refrigerator water/ice dispenser Shower door missing (found in bathroom closet) Box fan in closet had black mold I cleaned the shower head and just didn’t use the ice/water dispenser. Cleaning was typical of the management companies- had the pleasure of seeing some of the hired cleaners and based on the condition of the humans personal and vehicular Cleanliness, no surprise that they do the best minimum cleaning in the units. That said- plenty of dishes, checkin was on time, wifi was strong, pools were good, security was friendly and access was easy. I don’t blame the owners but most of the management companies in this area do a poor job of maintaining the properties and get what they pay for from their employees.

Kitchen has everything you will need so that was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone and great view from the balcony. Parking could be a pain and the security guard will tell you all about it. There was a leak in the condo above ours that made it so we had fans blowing constantly to dry it and walked into that with a heads up. One really negative thing was the pull out couch! It is falling apart and had mold on the underside of it. It should be replaced and not counted as a place to sleep until then, and I did inform them about that.

This condo was amazing! We looked and looked for a condo that had 3 bedrooms with king size beds. We didn’t expect to find one, then when we did, we certainly didn’t expect it to be so beautiful and roomy!! It was such a beautiful place and so serene and peaceful! We loved it and hope to come back again and stay in this very room!!

Not enough parking!! Had to park across the street one night! WiFi never worked at all couldn’t even find a modem to reboot! I had login and password and it never worked tried over 10 times! Maintenance came and they were the best help I had. They called the cable company and set up For them to call me and they couldn’t come till the morning we checked out! So we will not stay there again!!

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were also large and made getting ready easier than normal. The air conditioning was cooling well when we got there, but that issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

The bedroom I stayed in had no remote for TV. Contacted property management twice with issue not resolved. Drain in tub had very slow drain. No control for AC was not convenient. Kitchen not stocked very good. Code for door was received but did not know knob on door had to be turned to lock door. No hand towels in the bathroom I used. This was the first time to stay at Enclave and last time. Not worth the money. Disappointed

The check in at the office in Gulf Shores was not very convenient when there is an office 2 min from the unit and a keypad for the lock. The building is older and we had broken elevators more than working elevators, but this is a property issue, not VRBO issue.
We had a wonderful time in our unit. It was very clean and well equipped. We were a party of 4 (2 couples) and had plenty of room. Not enough parking!! Had to park across the street one night! WiFi never worked at all couldn’t even find a modem to reboot! I had login and password and it never worked tried over 10 times! Maintenance came and they were the best help I had. They called the cable company and set up For them to call me and they couldn’t come till the morning we checked out! So we will not stay there again!!

Roomy, good room layout, plenty of seating for entire family, great location. Not quite as clean as I would have liked: mold in the fridge water dispenser and in the master bath tub jets, dust on shelves, balcony needed sweeping (hair and cigarette butts). Property manager (BeachBall) was very responsive and helpful.

check in process needs to be updated we could have done it without going to your location. Also my door code got cut off before checkout. and i had to call to get fixed you did fix it but i not sure why it was cut off

The location was perfect. We had an amazing week. Small issue with televisions and dryer. Management was very responsive. Televisions on 2 bedrooms could use an upgrade to smart televisions.

This unit served its purpose and the location was convenient. It's important to note that you're not guaranteed a parking spot. As with most things in life, there's room for improvement. The Brett Robinson team ultimately rectified any issues we had and because of that, we'll rent through them in the future.

We were highly impressed with the property. The condo was clean and comfortable all the way through. We had everything we needed for the stay and had no problems with anything there. The outdoor pool was great and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Condo on the beach which made it great for the kids! They also loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Condo is walking distance from Walmart, souvenir shop, Pizza, ice cream, restaurants! The only negative thing I can say about the property is the parking. If you leave after 5pm, you may not have a place when you get back! Overflow paid packing at hotel across the street. The security was as helpful as he could be. There were extra spots available in the owners parking lot that I feel like could have been given to us at 10pm. Especially since we were checking out the next day. Still, overall it was great!

Our unit was perfectly located with shopping/restaurants right across the street. Easy access to the beach. It was wonderful to sit on the patio and enjoy the views. The few staff we interacted with were very nice. The place was clean and met all our needs. We didn’t realize until it was too late that there were beach chairs etc in a closet/storage room right outside the front door. It could use a good cleaning out and organizing though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo was in a perfect location- right across the street from 2 ice cream shops and Walmart. It was extremely spacious and clean. Perfect view of the beach! The only complaint is there is not near enough parking.

The Enclave was the perfect property for our stay. We had plenty of room and everything we needed during our stay in Orange Beach. Shopping and restaurants were right across the street which was very convenient.

Parking situation is a pain, if you have a condo that sleeps 8 it is safe to assume there are going to be 2 cars. Yet, you can only give me one parking pass & the other car has to pay to park off site. Also, the toilet paper is the thinnest, cheapest I've ever seen. Also, not enough hand soap provided. I've stayed at quite a few different places around the area & this was definitely not the greatest experience. I have never had the parking situation at any other place, you should at least get some kind of voucher to pay for the off site parking with as much as it costs to rent a condo. Getting in touch with an actual person was a pain, and they gave the run around for hours. Pros: there was plenty of room, 3 bathrooms was a huge plus, the view from the balcony is great!
