Wow! This place surpassed our expectations as a family of four. We had everything we needed with great AC, super friendly staff, clean and spacious room, easy check in. Literally checks all of the boxes. They have a terrace with a view of the port and you can see the big cruise ships coming in. Wonderful place!

Short distance from metro, bus stop, Alibus stop, helpfull staff, Android TV, good wifi, nice breakfast on terrace, americano or italiano coffe ;) Clean, equipmented with hairdryer and kettle, umbrella, etc. I was satisfied, and i will to book this b&b again.

We stayed in the suite with 2 balconies, both rooms had fully working Airconditions. The rooms had coffee tea a kettle a smaller hob , a fridge and mini bar. A big spacious bathroom. We would definitely stay here again , it was perfect for a family with a toodler. The terras for drinks and breakfast overlooks the harbour. There was lift (even if small). Best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff in the reception and the location it self if perfect for a city break! And close to everything!

This property is close to the harbour. We walked around it for several hours ending up at a fort and small fishing port with restaurants. There is a lift which is helpful. Breakfast was served on the top floor with a view of the harbour. They will make you pancakes or waffles.

The property is very clean and well-kept. The rooms are simple but well furnished and the beds are comfortable. The surrounding area is a little gritty but we felt very safe and the two espresso bars nearby are great places to start your morning.

Breakfast was €10 a day per person. The menu was extremely limited and to top it off, not every option was available. we were four people in the room only received a blanket for one bed. There was hair in the shower when we arrived. The bathroom had a foul smell. The bathroom had a window in the shower but it opened to the hotel’s hallway so obviously we could not leave it open. The front desk closed at 8 PM so if you needed anything, you were not able to speak with an employee of the facility.

Very nice property. Great breakfast with delicious fresh croissants daily. Very clean. Love having a little balcony. Only 10 min walk to ferry port and catel nuovo. The street towards the north of the property is much nicer to walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It can be noisy and there are two outdoor restaurants next to the building. People go crazy when there is a soccer/ football game. Overall for Naples its a pretty decent area and very convenient.

The room was clean but the rest of the hotel areas were dirty and musty smelling. The area around the property was very rough although decently close to tourist locations. The hotel wanted to charge 2.50 euros for each new towel used so that was disappointing given how much we paid for the room. It was also impossible to get a taxi in the area. I would not stay here again.

We loved the location of this property, close to everything in the centre. B&B Cortese is like an oasis in the middle of an extremely busy city! Great soundproofing, beautifully renovated property with a small kitchen. Our room had a sea view and a quaint church right in front of it, so we could enjoy the chimes, very romantic indeed. The complementary breakfast is held on a terrace with even an even better view to the sea. Many thanks to Adriana and James who greeted us with a big smile every morning. Also thanks to Ilaria and Andrea for being lovely front desk staff. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the hard mattress, but Ilaria offered to rectify the situation and we found a solution to the problem. The pillows were not great either and we were told there was only one type, but again we found a solution. If you're going to stay in beautiful Naples, we can highly recommend this place and if we ever were to return, we would certainly stay here again!

We had our door left open by cleaning staff while we were out. Thankfully nothing was missing...I reported it to front desk. Other than that incident, the room was comfortable and breakfast was always pleasant on the roof terrace. Good location to catch the metro or walk to major sights. Quiet neighborhood but expect the church bell to go off every 15 min starting at 7am. We got used to it though.

I paid for the hotel when I got there as this was the option I selected. They then charged a different card £105 for no reason, the staff said they couldn't help me as they didn't do it and there was nothing they could do. I even showed them on my banking, it was the hotel name on the transaction. I will now have to report them with my bank when I get home. For this reason I would never book this apartment again. Its basicallg fraud!

Excellent conditions in the apartment but due to not clear communication in the email we were unable to get inside the apartment for a while. Nobody was answering the chat or calls. We were fortunate that some people came and were able to help us get in. This was past midnight and we were really uncomfortable and pretty desperate… We would suggest more clear instructions for late checkin on how to reach the key.

Staff was friendly and spoke good English, even helped us with transportation routes to our next city. Room was nice and surrounding area is very walkable, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was also very convenient.

We enjoyed ourselves so much the one night we booked, that we came back and booked for four additional nights. The staff was amazing. The location was excellent, very walkable, but within a 2 minute walk of the metro as well. The breakfast was great. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how perfect their pancakes were. We will be staying here anytime we are in Napoli.

There was hair in the shower when we arrived. The bathroom had a foul smell. The bathroom had a window in the shower but it opened to the hotel’s hallway so obviously we could not leave it open. The front desk closed at 8 PM so if you needed anything, you were not able to speak with an employee of the facility.

Breakfast was €10 a day per person. The menu was extremely limited and to top it off, not every option was available. we were four people in the room only received a blanket for one bed. We stayed in the suite with 2 balconies, both rooms had fully working Airconditions. The rooms had coffee tea a kettle a smaller hob , a fridge and mini bar. A big spacious bathroom. We would definitely stay here again , it was perfect for a family with a toodler. The terras for drinks and breakfast overlooks the harbour. There was lift (even if small). Best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff in the reception and the location it self if perfect for a city break! And close to everything!

Very nice property. Great breakfast with delicious fresh croissants daily. Very clean. Love having a little balcony. Only 10 min walk to ferry port and catel nuovo. The street towards the north of the property is much nicer to walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It can be noisy and there are two outdoor restaurants next to the building. People go crazy when there is a soccer/ football game. Overall for Naples its a pretty decent area and very convenient.

We loved the location of this property, close to everything in the centre. B&B Cortese is like an oasis in the middle of an extremely busy city! Great soundproofing, beautifully renovated property with a small kitchen. Our room had a sea view and a quaint church right in front of it, so we could enjoy the chimes, very romantic indeed. The complementary breakfast is held on a terrace with even an even better view to the sea. Many thanks to Adriana and James who greeted us with a big smile every morning. Also thanks to Ilaria and Andrea for being lovely front desk staff. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the hard mattress, but Ilaria offered to rectify the situation and we found a solution to the problem. The pillows were not great either and we were told there was only one type, but again we found a solution. If you're going to stay in beautiful Naples, we can highly recommend this place and if we ever were to return, we would certainly stay here again!

This property is close to the harbour. We walked around it for several hours ending up at a fort and small fishing port with restaurants. There is a lift which is helpful. Breakfast was served on the top floor with a view of the harbour. They will make you pancakes or waffles.

We enjoyed ourselves so much the one night we booked, that we came back and booked for four additional nights. The staff was amazing. The location was excellent, very walkable, but within a 2 minute walk of the metro as well. The breakfast was great. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how perfect their pancakes were. We will be staying here anytime we are in Napoli.

The staff were all very lovely and they made us feel welcome. The bed was surprisingly big and the air condition was great. Breakfast was great however there wasn’t a lot of savory options or bread which was too bad.

SCAM is probably the word I feel and can think of. I made searched and made booking for 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Somehow the hotels.com system put me down to 3 in the booking. If searching through hotels.com, 3 or 4 people, the room price is EXACTLY! However when I got to hotel and discovered the system only booked for 3. The woman at reception said I have to pay extra, just because the system had 3, I need to pay extra €105 for child to stay and breakfast. I called hotels.com, they called the hotel, but no one answered even I stood right in front of the reception. Nothing was done to change the booking. I had no choice but to pay for the SCAM the woman then just allow me to go into the room. Nothing extra and work was done. You pay your money for nothing and wasted my 1.5hr! How much is the hotel loosing with an extra child using no extra resource? However the focus was to SCAM rather than help, my trip and mood was spoiled by this. I should have seen other reviews which had some payment issues too. I hope no one will fall in the same trap. note: the breakfast is only toast and pancake, croissant, all from packaged food, nothing made there. that’s costs €15, incredible!
