We enjoyed the experience of staying in these rooms. Elizabeth was friendly and helpful at check in but without her help, the instructions for unlocking all the doors could be challenging. We felt very secure because of all the locks. There are about 15 steps up from the main door to the elevator. We heard some street noise but not enough to keep us awake. The location cannot be beat! Central Rome!

Great location, walking distance to Flaminio Metro station. Easy to get around Rome from here. Room was excellent, quiet, clean and tidy, as new condition with private bathroom. Highly recommend for couples or singles. Room was on 1st floor and building had an elevator. Lots of eating options around. Would stay again!

I'm afraid the property did not meet my expectations from reading the reviews before our stay. The rooms were not suitable for 4 adults! Not as clean as I'd hoped for! The bathroom had black mould throughout and the seals were very grubby! We thought we would have 4 beds but in fact two were just the sofa pulled apart. Kitchen area needed attention. Very clean, very comfortable, room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Fridge and air-conditioning were a god send as it was so hot outside. Excellent location for eating out locally and for accessing public transport, both Metro and buses.

Nice clean room close to the metro. The bathroom had bit of bad smell and the soundproofing between rooms was terrible. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The room was clean, the staff friendly. We loved how close it was to a grocery store, the metro, and via del corsa....we enjoyed many strolls in the evenings. Even stumbling upon the spanish steps one night. It was wonderful. Only thing i would suggest is a microwave....maybe in the common area? I had pasta i would have loved to heat up and eat. Thank you for everything!

We loved the location. Just a few steps from Piazza dei Popolo. And closeby to attractions like spanish steps, Pantheon and Fontans di Trevi. Right next to Borghese. A lot of dining options. The rooms are small but they have everything necessary. Its super clean and the cleaning staff are nice and helpful. They even lent us umbrellas to walk around because it was raining outside.

La atención fue muy buena, así como la limpieza. El cuarto está bien, funcional. Lo único malo es que hay mucho ruido, tanto por el tren que está justo al lado del edificio y porque en la habitación donde estuve, se escuchaba mucho cualquier movimiento que hubiera en la recepción, así como cada vez que algún huésped ingresaba a su habitación…
La atención fue muy buena, así como la limpieza. El cuarto está bien, funcional. This property was awesome and a great location. Very walkable to many sights and close to transit. Easy system to get access to the building and room. Room was very nice with lots of room. The only negative I can say is that my room faced the street and there is a tram that runs right outside, so it was noisy. Not the properties fault and certainly all the positives outweigh this. I just used ear plugs and it was fine for sleeping.

The host was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room itself is small and also the shower. But apart from this everything else was good. They cleaned our room every day and changed towels. The location also is very good. Overall good value for money!

This is a perfect place to stay in Rome! So convenient and right near museums, Borghese Gardens, shopping and dining. The best part is that it’s just steps from a metro stop. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend!

The rooms met our expectations perfectly, featuring good-sized beds and a spacious bathroom. The location was also fantastic, being conveniently close to Piazza del Popolo, the metro, and other main attractions. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe and was pleasantly quiet.

A hospitalidade e educação do funcionário foi excelente. Deixou entrarmos no quarto antes do chekin, guardamos as malas e no final da estadia deixamos as malas na recepção até sairmos. Limpeza ótima, localização ótima! Para quem tem bebês ou crianças e dão banho no chuveiro, ele é pequeno. O aquecedor não funcionou muito bem, mas só ligamos no último dia e nem pedimos alguma solução, mas com certeza dariam. No geral o hotel está de parabéns! Ótima estadia.

Bien été, mais j’ai trouvé un peu compliqué la façon d’entrer dans la bâtisse. Il faut absolument avoir un accès internet. L’entrée se fait à partir de notre téléphone, c’est assez inhabituel. La chambre est à 2 minutes de la place du peuple et du métro Flaminio !!! Emplacement vraiment top!!!!

가족과 함께 이틀 동안 머물렀습니다. 여러가지로 배려를 많이 해주셔서 고마웠습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 상주하는 직원이 있어서 서비스를 위한 고객 응대가 필요합니다. 체크인이나 체크 아웃 시에 불편합니다. 물론, 이탈리아의 건물들이 엔틱 한 것은 충분히 이해가 갑니다. 가성비로는 나쁘지 않습니다. 교통편은 바로 옆에 지하철이 있어서 괜찮습니다. 하지만 요즘 A노선이 공사를 해서 밤9시 전에 클로즈 합니다. 이점을 생각하시고 한국분들은 숙박시설 선택을 잘하세요. 바티칸을 가기 위하여 가까운 곳에 숙소를 잡았습니다.

Está muy bien ubicado, la cercanía de la puerta 28 que da acceso a la plaza popolo y de ahí conecta al resto de la rica zona histórica de Roma , incluyendo el Vaticano .

This property was a great location to visit all sites in Rome. It’s close to the underground station and has a tram just outside the front door. The tram starts pretty early and can be a bit noisy. But other than that this place is in a great neighbourhood I felt safe our entire time here. It close to the Spanish Steps and great dining options. A few grocery stores are across the street and you can find a bakery and a gelato shop right out your front door.

We loved the location. Just a few steps from Piazza dei Popolo. And closeby to attractions like spanish steps, Pantheon and Fontans di Trevi. Right next to Borghese. A lot of dining options. The rooms are small but they have everything necessary. Its super clean and the cleaning staff are nice and helpful. They even lent us umbrellas to walk around because it was raining outside.

La struttura è bella e in un contesto di pregio! La stanza era pulita ed in ordine, l’arredamento gradevole e funzionale. Unica pecca a mio avviso grave è la mancanza di una colazione reale, non è sufficiente una macchinetta del caffè in stanza e dei biscotti secchi, in relazione a quanto pagato. Sarebbe stato sufficiente stipulare una convenzione con uno dei Bar/pasticcerie a pochi metri dalla struttura e/o predisporre per la mattina un piccolo angolo ristoro, con 1 persona. Il personale che ci ha fatto il check in è stato disponibile ed educato!

This property was a great location to visit all sites in Rome. It’s close to the underground station and has a tram just outside the front door. The tram starts pretty early and can be a bit noisy. But other than that this place is in a great neighbourhood I felt safe our entire time here. It close to the Spanish Steps and great dining options. A few grocery stores are across the street and you can find a bakery and a gelato shop right out your front door.

Very clean, very comfortable, room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Fridge and air-conditioning were a god send as it was so hot outside. Excellent location for eating out locally and for accessing public transport, both Metro and buses.

My stay at Popolo & Flaminio Rooms exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical in booking because I’m used to staying at standard hotels, but this was no different. I still received the standard level of service that a hotel provides at a fraction of the price. It didn’t matter that there wasn’t breakfast included because there are so many food options right on the same block. The location was ideal for anyone looking to explore Rome by foot. We walked to most tourist sites and took the Metro located down the block for the sites that were a bit further. It’s also conveniently located 2 minutes from Piazza del Popolo which is a typical meeting spot for most guided tours. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a perfect place to stay in Rome! So convenient and right near museums, Borghese Gardens, shopping and dining. The best part is that it’s just steps from a metro stop. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend!

Pros: *Cute room, very clean, excellent location! *Bakery and small restaurants right across the street. *Friendly staff (when they are on site). *coffee machine in rooms and small Biscoff cookies left in room and complimentary. Cons: *Staff is not on site at all times, but they tell you how to get in to your rooms etc. *Early check out - 10am *Only 1 hard key to get in. It was weird to juggle that around simply because if you leave, you lock the door behind you. If my husband left to go to the store while I was in the shower (for example) he would bring the key and lock me in. That's okay, but what if there were an emergency? *No restaurants attached to hotel, but that was okay for us.
