I’ve traveled through many cities in Colombia. I have never had such a great experience as I did in this hotel. Staff… Friendly, Helpful , Respectful and always Attentive! Breakfast…. AMAZING!!! Best breakfast you could get out of any hotel in Colombia! By far the absolute best. Location. Right in the center of the town square. Close to absolutely everything in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel

Our room was comfortable, but we were expecting to have a smart tv with access to Netflix, the one in our room was outdated and only allowed access to YouTube and mirroring android cellphones. On the other hand, the jacuzzi wasn’t warm and when asked for help to the front desk a staff member was sent and he informed us there wasn’t a way to warmup the jacuzzi as there was only a turn on setting, which was disappointing. Those two factors were not up to the hype and price for the luxury room we booked.
